Ive been to this Starbucks twice and both times the store was super clean and the employees very friendly even in the face of being very busy. They all handled the rush of drive through while managing to take care of the dine in customers with attention and a smile. My order was ready in the expected time from the mobile ordering check out and was hot and fresh for the food and pretty near perfect for the drink(having been a Starbucks barista I can be a bit persnickety about my overly complicated order). The manager(possibly district manager) was on site and extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend stopping by.

As a Starbucks employee, i can understand with a lot of things and can be patient because i get it. Me and my girlfriend stopped at this location 7/23 to get a cold brew and an iced chai. It took nearly 20 minutes to get this, with no one else in the lobby. 9 people working and not one person had an ounce of urgency in their bone. They just did not care. I cannot understand that type of mindset.Avoid this location, unless you enjoy complaining about workers. This was almost as bad as it could be.

I’ve been here 3 times, first time everything was good. Next time no Frappuccino’s, but not noted anywhere until you get to the screen to order. Last time was told that there were no coffee based Frappuccino’s but you are a coffee shop right? I had high expectations for this place but so far very disappointed.

Not impressed. First time visiting this location since it opened in june. My wife had a bad experience yesterday with the same location. Waited well over 30 minutes for her order that never got made. Even after multiple people who checked out after her had their orders completed and were out in the door or through the drive-thru. Same thing happened to me today. Was bringing my daughter for a pink Drink place my order at 3:10 from the timestamp on the receipt five people came in checked out at the same register with the same server and had their drinks and were out the door before we ever even got hours. And I had to ask for it. Sat there for well over 20 minutes. When I walked in, there were only two people ahead of me waiting on drinks. Once the customer started picking up, the staff were bumbling around and looked like they didn't know what was going on. Definitely not impressed with this place. Shop here at your own discretion. But I probably won't

OK, please discard the other one star reviews to be frank the customer either do not know how to order a drink or just never had one before . But if so should’ve spoke with barista and they definitely would’ve made that customer happy like they did with me .I was bit scared coming to this opening since it just opened so basically still in training .Everyone in there was very nice. They made a mistake on my drink, but it was no one problem is was just the system they remade the drinks very friendly super bubbly employees and they’ll do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy customer I disagree with the one star reviews. They recently opened and they’re still learning, so give them a break. Trust them they’ll strive in no time.If you want as a specific flavor to your drink, please speak to the barista and talk to them what exactly you want to taste in your cup of drink, and how sweet, how chocolatey , bitter , minty or nutty flavor you prefer . If you’re still new to Starbucks please, I recommend getting a tall cup (which is small) so you can try and see what you like .

The staff was very rude! They took the order wrong or got confused maybe I'm not sure. Because they put my correct order on the screen then apparently changed it with out clarification. When I got to the window and found it to be wrong. The guy made no effort to fix it and told me I would have to go around and re-enter the line. He told me it was not his fault it was taken off my order!!!! So who's fault is it then?? Not mine. I don't have access to the screen to add or remove items. Needless to say he was super rude and a bit irate. What a shame... I love my mocha Fraps! ????
