Food was delicious, customer service is a joke. Ordered the bag with blue crab shrimp octopus and clams, got my bag never got the clams I figured maybe they didn't hear me ok it fine right, I get my cheak and they are added on my cheak I tell my server I didn't get the calms he goes back to the back and comes back and asked to see my bag. I gave him my bag my word and the bag is not proof enough he comes and get the trash bucket from the table at this point I'm like u wanna cheak my jacket and purse. Never once heard from the manger or who ever was in charge or got an apology, I'm driving from minden louisiana headed to new orleans like really ima scam u out of 8 bucks for some clams

Spent a total of $60. The food was bland and just not appetizing. I ordered the Tuesday Special for the Wife, for me Catfish With Cajun Fries, Fried Dill Pickles, and Onion Rings. Fish was not seasoned nor the fries. The fried dill pickles were actually good. Onion rings were bland as well. First time here, last time here.

Terrible. No oysters on half shell. Steamed oysters worse I ever had. Menu has pictures of food and drinks. Bad sign. Young waitress knew NOTHING. My wife and I have a "rule" that we give restaurants we don't like a second chance but not this one.We tried to slit a piece of key lime pie but it was bad. Sort of like a funky cheesecake.

Ate there last night. Food OK. Service very poor. Order a glass of chardoney - waiter looked at me like I had 3 heads. Didn't know what it was. Then when I ordered catfish basket I asked to substitute onion rings. He kept asking if i wanted spicy or regular fries. I then asked for a fork a while later - asked 2 or 3 times. He finally brought Me a tin bucket with pie tin on top holding a fork and a couple bibs. My husband ordered soup - he totally forgot it. Took more than two requests. Also, it took forever to get a second glass of wine - had to ask busboy to contact him. He was extremely difficult to hear and understand. I am 77 and know I don't hear well, but if he bus going to be a good waiter he needs to learn how to judge his client's. I hope he was only very new last night. If not, he needs to be retrained. The other servers were very good - very attentive_ quick to answer question or get something, which tells me you guys know how to train You need to get reviews like this and do something about the situation. I know I probably will not be back

We were seated pretty quickly waited 20 minutes and no one took our drink order- another couple came in after us sitting there for 30 minutes and were waited on right away. We walked out called to ask if they were busy, and the reply was no . There was only 4 tables occupied at the restaurant. 4 employees were watching tv at the bar- I explained that sitting in the parking lot!!! Response- In the countriest accent- ohhhh I'm sorry maam

Although very courteous our waitress was a bit slow and got the tickets mixed up. Her courteous attitude and willingness made up for it. She will get better I can see it in her. She offered a very nice experience. Keep up the good work. My nephew enjoyed it so as it was his bday so it was a good day.

Oysters served cold and not fully cooked when I asked for them to be fully cooked and steamed. But they did replace all my 6 oysters steamed and fully cooked and free of charge even the 3 i ate that were kinda warm for the first batch. My crab boil was pretty good though. My brother says their fried fish and calamari was fire.
