Everytime I come to this location something is left out of my order. And I would love to know HOW HARD IS IT TO READ A SCREEN AND PUT THE ITEMS FROM THE SCREEN INTO THE BAG. I will be making a formal complaint with corporate on Monday because this is more then 10 times this has happened at this location and at this point. You're playing with my money and I'm over it.

1st time to stop at Wendy's in McComb. We had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Bacon Double Cheeseburger. $1 Frostees were great! Floors were EXTREMELY sticky!!! Food was good. Easy access right off 98W.

It was a quick exit off the interstate and easy access to get to. The food was good and not a long wait for noon. The only reason for 3 starts is because I had to ask for napkins, catsup, and straw.

Terrible service. They only have a few types of drinks because they’re “out” of most everything. The manager is always screaming at the other workers

Terrible customer service. They don't care about dietary restrictions. I asked for no mayo or cheese because of an egg and dairy allergy. Well, guess what my burger had.... mayo and cheese. We had already waited in the line forever, so we just left and went to Sonic because they always get it right. Stay far away from this place unless you want to be treated terribly and waste money on food you can't eat.

The burger was burnt and dry. Plus I ordered a large caramel cold brew and was told I could get a straw from somewhere else and told me to blow bubbles in it to finish stirring it up

Drive thru service was horrible. We were asked to move forward to wait for our order. When they brought us our food they were missing 1/3 of our order and another 1/3 was wrong (a burger instead of chicken nuggets). I brought the wrong food back and told them we were missing part of our order. After a 15 minute wait they brought the missing part of our order and the same burger back. The employee argued we had to take it because that’s what the order said, instead of correcting it. Total time from wait in line at this point was 25 minutes. We still didn’t get part of our order and were tired of waiting. Store was locked so we couldn’t speak with the manager. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I never stop at this one even though it’s convenient. Made the decision to stop tonight. The person taking my order decided I was finished before I was. Very rude very sarcastic. This Wendy’s seriously needs to consider some new management and new employees
