Go to Huey Magoo instead. Paid extra for 'large' fries. Also selected more fries instead of a second side. Received 18 fries today. Huey Magoo costs less and gives more.

The service I received was disheartening. I ordered a Fried House Salad with no egg add bacon. To my surprise when I made it home the chicken was missing from the salad with egg that i asked to be removed. I called the store immediately because it was after hours and was told to bring the Salad back the following day for a remake. I make it back to the store the next day with a receipt requesting a refund as well as a remake for the inconvenience of having to come out of my routine for a oversight on the local business. My request was not met. I asked the senior manager /shift lead(same management on duty night prior) on duty to oblige me with something even if my request was to great. I was told either or and I received a refund. On my way out the door a gentleman was walking in with a salad and stated his salad was messed up along with missing items.

Tackiest most unprofessional place. Constantly making errors on orders and just so nonchalant and could careless about making it right for the customer. Instead just give attitude. Lost ny business.

I ordered grill chicken sandwich and they gave me fry chicken sandwich and i drove back almost 25 minutes and i told them u gave me the wrong sandwich and they changed just the petty not the whole sandwich they didn’t even change the bread and was so messed up. They must need more professional workers there. I see many reviews about ZAXBY. ( negative )

They managers are very unprofessional. They will talk about a customer as soon as they walk away. I’ve personally experienced this. I didn’t receive my sauce in the bag that came with the meal and they tried to argue with me up and down that it was in the bag. They are quick to charge you for an extra sauce when you ask for it. Even the extra salt that comes on the fries they will charge you for. They use expired product all the time. Can’t tell you the last time that I went there and got a nice crunchy cucumber on a salad. This is definitely not my first go to place whenever I think about food. This is the very last place that I think about eating and even then it turns my stomach just thinking about it.

I recently dined at Zaxby's, and while the chicken was decent, I was disappointed with the overall experience. Unfortunately, the fries we received were not fresh, which was a letdown considering the price we paid—$35 for three meals should come with hot, crispy fries. The fried pickles were a major disappointment, as they lacked the pickle flavor and seemed like thin, dried-up slices hidden in the breading. Overall, it wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend the fried pickles at all.

Now Ik why I was the only customer at 730 on a Sat. Never had more bland food in my life. Not to mention hard, and dry. It took 30 sec to bag and give me warm, dry, teriyaki wings. No napkins either... Left in the warmer too long? Overcooked to begin with? Idk but I can tell you there was 0 season on them. NONE. The ONLY decent thing was the sauce. It tasted good. Too bad you can season a whole piece of meat with a little sauce on the outside. It also doesn't make dry food moist. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON DISGUSTUNG FOOD.

Okay I go up there and order a number two with the five nuggets with an extra toes no coleslaw I got that I got my son the Kitty Nibbler he got that I got my daughter duh Zaxby's club sandwich no pickles okay I went through drive-through I go home me and my son got our meal but my daughter did not oh she got was the little kitty Nibbler sandwich which I did not ask for an extra one so I go the next day they told me they can't give me my sandwich back I told him to secretly that I did not get my order right and I won't either either my sandwich or refund they told me I couldn't get either
