PB's Twisted "Q" is a charming restaurant serving fresh and delicious food. The menu features mouth-watering options like brisket cooked to perfection, fried shrimp plate, and fish plate, all at great prices. The chicken with the orange sauce has a very unique flavor. Don't forget to try the sweet BBQ sauce and homemade tartar sauce. For dessert, the fried cheesecake bites are a must-try. The atmosphere is cozy and very family friendly. The service is fabulous, and the staff is very friendly. The coleslaw recipe just HAD to be passed down for generations. Marvin and his crew do an excellent job with their food. Their brisket (smoked 16 hours) and ribs are personal favorites.
