The last time I ordered and picked up my order they gave me a cheese pizza instead of a supreme that I ordered and paid for. Today I ordered and my order was supposed to be ready at 6:05 my husband waited till 6:30 and it still wasn’t ready. He asked a number of times when it would be ready and got ignored a number of times. After someone finally telling him 10 more minutes he waited 10 more minutes and it still wasn’t ready. He canceled the order and we do not plan on going back. I understand being busy but ignoring a customer is not ok.

The past 2 times I have purchased pizza from Pizza Hut in Mendenhall my pizza was not correct. My pizza did not have the toppings I ordered and paid for. The pizza was dry and mostly bread with no sauce, barely any toppings, and I ordered extra sauce. I went back in to just get a refund because I did not have time to wait. I was then told they did not have the toppings I ordered. The male employee was nice but the supposed manager was extremely rude. She has the personality of a stump. Don’t see how she made manager. They must be desperate for workers because she could not read the ticket correctly nor count my change back correctly and got an attitude when I tried to explain to her she still owed me more money. She snatched the money out of the register then rudely handed it to me. She never smiled the entire time nor apologized for pizza being wrong. She over heard me telling my husband doesn’t seem like she can count as we were walking out and started yelling at me and followed me out the door yelling at me and threatening to beat me up. Now that’s the manager and what we have fixing our food at Pizza Hut in Mendenhall.

We ordered a large Supreme last week and it was worst pizza we have ever gotten from this location. We will not go back here. We will go to Florence and order from Papa John's. We have never had a pizza this bad before.

2 weekends ago, I ordered garlic parm boneless wings and buffalo. They gave us the bbq bone in however they got the buffalo correct. Tonight i order on the app again. They have no wings, that’s fine. We pull up and the employees are vaping and possibly smoking other substances while handling the food. The workers are so rude, it’s a disgusting atmosphere. This is my last time ever ordering from here.
