Smokey Mountain Grill & Rib Restaurant

I took my mom and her friend to try this local restaurant and Mendenhall. The ribs were amazing. The barbeque sauce doesn't seem anything super special, but I have to say, it is just right. Now, the spicy BBQ sauce was delicious on my Smoky mountain hamburger. I can't remember it enough. My mom and friend loved their ribs. It's also refreshing to sit down in a family own business where the owner comes out and hugs your neck and makes you feel so welcome. Thank you!! Your hospitality is beyond words. And of course your food is really the best!! I'm definitely bringing my family back

Stopped in on a whim on a road trip due to the good reviews and was very pleased! Good food, good service, good prices! We had the pulled pork, the 1/2 chicken and the cheeseburger and everything was delicious. Really enjoyed the bread with the sweet butter! I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

This was a great lunch stop. Quick. Very friendly people. And delicious food. Lunch special today was a barbecue chicken fajita sandwich. Best one I have ever had! Clean restroom. Nice work, folks.

Passing through with a strong craving for ribs. Decided to "risk" it and give it a try. I am very happy I did. The ribs are large and moist. BBQ sauce was good, and I think house made. Sides are decent. Nothing that was, wow. Don't let the Google photos or the hole in the wall vibe deter you away. Stop in and try the ribs!

We just purchased a Jr rib plate and they were the worst to date. Pure fat and gristle, very little meat. Another order with the ribs were just over $29. Never again will I waste my money.

Good burgers, pulled pork sandwiches, smoked chicken, chicken tenders, and sweet tea. They even have some chicken tenders that are like loaded nachos that's delicious. Great staff and always made fresh. Also has a kids menu and great for the family.

Had the loaded cheese fries that were amazing. Jr rib plate that were very nice with Mac and cheese and a side salad. Also ate one of the giant chicken fingers that wouldn’t fit on my sister’s sandwich. All of it was handmade with fresh ingredients, my sisters even changed one of their sides to a salad when they how good mine was. All of it hit the table lightening fast and the servers couldn’t have been sweeter.We drove past this place and almost decided to keep going and find something further down the road but I’m glad we didn’t. This place turned out to be one of the most worthwhile u-turns I’ve ever made.
