Just had the best catfish and hush puppies of my life. It may be worth an hour's detour on our way back to Colorado. You fine folk are lovely to talk to, and you make some damn delicious food!

The pan trout is fried to a golden brown with just the right seasonings. The fried catfish is amazing too! Very courteous service every time.
The food was fresh and hot with very generous portions. The Trap House serve team was excellent, it felt like you are a part of the family. I am looking forward to my next visit.
