The staff at the drive-through was incredibly rude, with the employee showing such a bad attitude that we decided to leave without completing our order. The lack of basic customer service was shocking and unacceptable.

Do not and I repeat do not get their chocolate milk. It is not expired surprisingly but it is still spoiled. Then just trying to get someone on the phone no one will answer

Went for rootbeer floats at around 8 pm on a Saturday night. Staff was in the middle of cleaning and prepping for the next day, even though they don't close until 10. They completely ignored us. No hello, no eye contact, just completely oblivious to us for a good 5 minutes. I even went to the bathroom and came back while my wife waited at the register and they still hadn't acknowledged us.
As we were about to leave someone finally took our order. Floats were delicious. We wanted to eat in instead of the drive through....because frosty mugs. This was a mistake because we got to enjoy a nice long rant of a yelling employee about someone possibly quitting and how she didn't blame them.
But the service was so bad that when an old man and (I assume) his grandson came in, after he'd been waiting at the register with no one taking his order (even though there were three employees at the counter) he asked if they were closing.
Also, both the trash can recepticals were taped over with signs and just an open bin in the middle of the floor for trash. I guess it's too difficult to take out the trash from two cans?
Tldr; ice cream floats are good, employees need training.

Go to drive thru and order a burger and say what type drink . It's $13, look in bag and no fries so I ask doesn't fries come with it? The girl very rudely tells me no that I didn't specify that I wanted fries and slams the window shut. Most people have enough common sense to your getting a combo when you tell them the drink type and if they are not sure will ask if your getting the combo but not be rude and short and slam windows shut in someone's face.

Classic Ward's food, which I grew up with and still enjoy. The service wasn't the best. In their defense, there was an irate customer that the law was called on, and the person ended up trying to flee and was quickly stopped by police.
