Go to drive thru and order a burger and say what type drink . It's $13, look in bag and no fries so I ask doesn't fries come with it? The girl very rudely tells me no that I didn't specify that I wanted fries and slams the window shut. Most people have enough common sense to your getting a combo when you tell them the drink type and if they are not sure will ask if your getting the combo but not be rude and short and slam windows shut in someone's face.

Underrated. This place is disgustingly delicious. Honestly, not bad service. Food is delicious. Atmosphere is... dirty. The employees are a little sheltered but that doesn't stop a big one from hitting the spot. In n out doesn't have anything on this place.

Classic Ward's food, which I grew up with and still enjoy. The service wasn't the best. In their defense, there was an irate customer that the law was called on, and the person ended up trying to flee and was quickly stopped by police.

Its a hit and miss today it was a miss waited forever on food just to get cold fries and cold chili cheese dogs. 18 dollars gone to waste did not allow my kids to eat it it screamed food poisoning so we threw it away !

At straight up noon on Sunday they were mopping with so much bleach and water the floors were a hazard. You could also tell if they weren't actually cleaning Just pushing the dirt around. My husband was okay with his big one combo but the bread on my little one combo was obviously stale. The parking lot and sidewalk entering the building were so disgusting I almost didn't want to walk in for fear that's what the inside would look like too. Do better Ward's

Use to go to Ward's often. But now the tables are more often left uncleaned. As a result they have a fly problem !! Some of the employees are busy. But you have quite a few, that stand around and laugh and talk.

Avoid this place! Very dirty and the girl taking our order was really annoyed that she had to do her job. Our first time there and had a few questions about the menu and it was just alot to ask… food was okay but hard to enjoy because of the atmosphere. I am so disappointed in customer service and cleanliness. Those priorities just no longer matter.

Absolutely appalled at the service and food. Waited for 15min, tea was disgusting, burgers were cold and there was more bread than burger, my daughters roll in her shrimp basket had mold on it. Will NEVER be back to this location. I understand food prices are up, but there is no excuse for $50+ on fast food lunch and it being near inedible. I just hope at this point the hamburger buns weren't molded.
