Worst Chick-fil-a I’ve been to by far. Grubhub said 18 minute wait and 30 minutes later still didn’t have my order and had to leave to get to my next class. Workers don’t have any sense of urgency to get the food out fast.

The workers suck, they don’t do their job at all the food is not as good as chick fil a anywhere else and you have to wait 45 mins to get food even if there’s no line

I’ve been a student at MSU since 2021, and the campus chick-fil-a has been literally horrific to order from the entire time I’ve been here. I ordered through grubhub today to try and beat the line and was quoted a wait time of 10 minutes. I did not receive my order until over 20 minutes after placing it, even with ordering ahead. Unless you have nowhere to be, I would never recommend ordering at this chick-fil-a due to the probability that you will not receive your order anywhere close to the reported time. This location needs to be expanded in some way in order to meet the needs of the student body on a campus with incredibly limited dining options, or the wait times need to be workshopped in order to provide a more accurate quote.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and a medium fry. Instead, I got a regular chicken sandwich with no pickles and a small fry. I tried calling but their phone number wasn't going ?

The staff was exceptional; I added items when I arrived to pick up my catering order; service was excellent! Food delicious!! TY CF??????

As a MSU student, I have attempted to eat at this location two times. Both times I received chicken nuggets that were inadequate in both size and temperature. The staff is hurried and rude, and the displays seem outdated, ill-lit, and possibly dingy. Save yourself the upset and go to the Chik-Fil-A located on MS 12-East. There you will get the bang for your buck you deserve as well as customer service that matches whta Chik-Fil-A stands for.

I get the 12 count grilled chicken nuggets. 95 percent of the time they don’t give me 12.

This is the Chick-fil-A outlet inside the student union. It is a very efficient chain with both kiosk ordering as well as cashier ordering. Their spicy deluxe sandwiches are really good.

Do not go to this Chick-fil-A. If you do, make sure you repeat your orders at least 3 times. Some of the workers here are really good, but when I go, the ones serving never care about the job they went there to do. The ring me up for food than I ask for. They give me a lot of food that I’m not going to eat and make me pay for it when it was not what I ordered. I’m done wasting money and flex here. They never make the milkshakes you order unless you go up to them and tell them you need one. They don’t give you enough (if any) sauce, and the wait to get your food is absolutely ridiculous. They like to try to wait until at least fifteen people’s orders are ready and call them out at the same time. By the time some people get their food, it’s cold because it’s just been sitting there for a long time. And sometimes the order may not even be accurate, and they make it clear that they do not want to fix it. The reason for me leaving this review was so you’d know what you’re getting yourself into. Please pay attention if come here, it’s not hard to be poorly customer serviced here :)

This location sucks in comparison to the main one in town

This is by far one of the worst chic filas I’ve been to and as a student I frequent out of convince. They take forever to get orders out to customers and in the past weeks they leave out half the order. This place needs some help.

Worst cfa location I’ve been to. They truly don’t care about customer service. No sense of urgency at all. Hate to say it but it’s true.
