Really downgraded here. Used to be really good. Come few times a year.It’s now self serving.No special drinks like Vanilla Coke.Can’t do Cajun seasonings anymore.Not friendly at all. Told lady that brought my food thank you. Her response was yeah.Very unsatisfactory.

The service here has gone down severely. I’ve been going here since my freshman year, I’m a junior now. It’s gradually gotten worse this year. Today I went in and most of the customers at the cash register were ignored. The employees weren’t busy, they were just standing there talking and not serving or saying anything to us. I got up to the register and a female employee leaned up against the register with her back turned to me talking to her friends for for at least 10 minutes. I don’t intend on going there anymore.
Be aware that this is merely a pretense of a Steak ‘n Shake, and they have a severely limited menu.

Pretty much everything Herr is just OK. As a student it's a steak and shake and it'll do what you need it to do, which is burgers and shakes
