Very bad experience food was very over priced $33 for buffet and soggy, my 2 year old took a bite of my mom's food and the staff went crazy told us he had to pay to eat $3 for the baby we was shocked. Then the buffet stayed barley stocked, it's fast food at sticker shock price..

Took two of our grandbabies... the waitress took our orders,... seemed to be a busy time, probably short staffed.... the staff stayed busy, and took care of business.
NOT a linen napkin spot with a 4 page wine list,.... good food & good service for sure.. It's a fish house. In rural Mississippi...

Allways great eating im am from Covington county i drive about 25 miles just to injoy there stakes and fish grate place to eat in smith county good folk.

We've recently found lucky's to be a hidden gem. We ate here 3 times recently. Friday evening we ate there and everything tasted weird except the fried pickles. The fish was tiny and tasted odd. The shrimp were rubbery. Probably won't be back

I had the ribeye steak and it was cooked to perfection.
The food was fresh, delicious, and portioned well. They didn't have anyone to cook appetizers the night we went so we didn't get to try them. Overall, very great food and we will be going again.
Parking: Parking is a first come basis, but has plenty of room. Gravel lot.
Kid-friendliness: Kid seating and menu items
Wheelchair accessibility: They are accessible for wheelchairs.

Arrived at Luckys to experience their buffet that I heard they were doing. No buffet no problem. Heard they were 1 mth out from starting it and it would be for lunch only.Ok, no big deal. So we ordered. No appetizer could be ordered since they had no cook to handle the appetizer. I asked so what do you have the we can munch on prior to our meals coming to us, we were told Cole Slaw and hushpuppies. Waitress brought out each if us slaw and a basket of hushpuppies. The slaw was good but the hushpuppies were not as expected. The were like storebought or Sysco not homemade. Got our meals and was expecting 2 fish filets and grilled shrimp.What I got was a couple of fish strips that were small and shrimp that was small and overcooked on the grill. Asked for lemons and was told they didn't have any but eventually brought us some.This appeared to be a bad day for Luckys.I have had so much better food and fresh food elsewhere. Of course I have had worse. I was shocked when I saw that they charged me $4 for the 10 hushpuppies .Well Luckys, I will not be seeing you anymore. Better food and staff at Salem Fish House in Collins. You might want to visit there and really see how things should go. By the way, you should applaud your wait staff.....they are great. Your cashier needs more pleasantness. Her attitude was a sucky one.Anyway, it's a shame you're not as great as SAM'S PLACE or there around.

This is a seafood, steak and burger joint out on a scenic rural road. It seems to be a popular spot in the area and they do have a nice selection on their menu. The only negative is that there were several flies buzzing around my table incessantly. Overall this is a nice spot to check out in the area.

We had a great meal. The fish was great and I ate some of the most delicious shrimp in a very long time. It has a nice atmosphere and the prices are reasonable. I'd highly recommend going here and hope to go back soon!
The weekend seafood buffet is great. The frog legs are the best!
