Wife and I stumbled upon this place. We like it. Definitely a good spot! We had no issues. Sometimes a little slow but food we tried was good. We will be back! Definitely beats some major food chains.

The reason for 2 stars on food is... I ordered a 5pc catfish fillet plate. They were out of Cole slaw and hush puppies so I suded for onion rings and toast. I didn't complain about not getting what I ordered because the girl brought a plate that had 2 catfish fillers and 5 shrimps. Now the onion rings were the worst I have even in my life seen. The literally dripped of oil when I held them up. And tasted like crap. I had heard this place was the best. .. Somebody lied. I won't go back period.
The food for one has never disappointed me but the most outstanding thing to be spoken of at Sams Place,is the place itself, Robbie and Hannah strive for this same feeling of every customer and also the friendly faces, and getting to see a friend from many years past! The whole experience!!!

You will not find a better steak in this county or the next or better hand battered fried oysters! We happen to have the best people doing it all!
