I visited Monticello September 2024. My cousin brought me to CATFISH☆ONE. I moved to Monticello September 2025. This is my go two for catfish and seafood. The best in Monticello. Its better than any fish in Arizona and Texas. The prices are fair and the portion is very fair. I am not a potato eater or French Fries. This place had the best seafood we have ever eaten out. My mom was skeptical about the ingredients, but they were very nice about answering questions about the ingredients. Food was fresh, delicious, and the portion size was generous.
