I ordered a turkey and ham salad. The tomatoes were frozen and the cucumbers were frozen and discolored, indicating they had been frozen for days. No packet salad dressings, no crackers and crutons. No cutting of the vegetables.. this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I worked in this exact establishment. Do better Monticello

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We ordered 3 foot longs and a pizza. My boyfriend went to pick it up. When he got home, we noticed we only had 2 foot longs. We called them several times with no answer. I’m sick and tired of this place. $15 worth of items missing. This establishment is a complete joke.

They never have all the things it takes to make a sub. They always out of things. They do not want to substitute anything for what they are out of. The person who fixing the sub majority of the time has an attitude. Maybe having the food items and better workers than this place would be a success.

I will not be coming back to this establishment the manager was snippy short and rushy. The top where my sandwich was made had old mayonnaise and mustard on it that my sandwich got slid right through. They are constantly out of something, Lettuce olives and ham on different occasions. The cookies are rock hard. If this is the standard that the manager sets and how she trains the other employees I won't be coming back period. And to top it off my sandwich wasn't even made right.
