Just awful never again. I'll do without before going back. I've tried time after time to go back an give them a chance and they let me down everytime. Rude, cold food, and they like act im an inconvenience. I miss sonic how it was when I was a kid.
I left work to get food and had a short time to get back. I placed my order at 21:47. Paid and TIPPED. The whole time my order was being prepared, a female carhop stood at a vehicle 2 stalls down from me and visited with the occupants, who had not placed an order. In the meantime, the order progress timeline at the bottom of the order screen ran out and reverted back to the original order screen. Trying not to be rude, I waited another 5 minutes…this carhop is still visiting and no food has come my way. Someone from inside the building starts yelling about an order. I assume it’s mine, because the carhop goes in, but after another 2 minutes I hear someone taking another order over the microphone. I press the button and request to PLEASE have my food brought to me because I need to return to work. Two more minutes go by and the food is finally being delivered….by the carhop who has been visiting with the car next next door the whole time I’ve been at Sonic. When I started to leave, it was 22:07. As I back up, my carhop goes BACK to the car which has been parked nearby since before I placed my order. I tried to call this store as I left, but no one would answer the phone. If they had answered, I would have NEVER left this review…I don’t do that. All of my kids once worked as carhops, so I have respect for the job. My kids always made good tips because they did their jobs WELL. I was so disappointed, I just wanted to revoke my tip and have mgmt tell the girl WHY she wasn’t getting it. I’ll never tip there again. This night manager ALSO needs to be suspended or reprimanded-she knew her employee was outside and not doing her job.

This is the worst Sonic to visit. I placed an order at 11:17 AM on April 5th and it took me about 10 minutes to get there. I waited 30 minutes for my food. When the employee finally came to my car, she brought out a Coke that I didn’t order. She then returned with my correct order, but something was missing. I told her I was missing a drink, and instead of helping, she started talking to her friend for another 10 minutes while I waited. She continued taking orders to other cars, and I eventually left without getting my drink. I understand they are probably short staffed, but I placed my order ahead of time.
The employees having an argument while the mics are keyed up and all the customers can hear it, isn't professional when they addressed me to take my order, the first 5 seconds was someone yelling at another person to do their job. It seems this location is unorganized and unmanaged. The person taking the order couldn't hear the person next to me giving his order bc of the employees having a loud verbal altercation.
Sonic Morton is a shame I went to buy a chicken sandwich what they gave me was inedible I didn't open the bag at the moment because I was late for work but when I open the bag I was in shock. They put 2 dry and hard tenders on an old and bad looking bread is my last time buying from them absolutely notin on the bread no mayo no ketchup nothing.

The screens work great (which if you’ve been to some sonics before you’ll know what I mean) , customer service excellent. Food was great and didn’t take long at all.

We went to this sonic on 8/10/24 at 7 o’clock and as we were pulling in there was 7 employees sitting outside laughing and pointing at cars driving in like something was funny. Then we pressed the button to order and the girl answered and said hold on a minute and we waited about 5 minutes and then left. There was only 5 other cars there so it’s not like they were super busy. As we were leaving the employees sitting outside started laughing and hollering something at us. I tried to call to talk to the manager and of course, no one would answer. Clearly management is not doing their job there for their employees to just ride the clock and play outside.
