This Sonic is awful. It has always been awful. And will continue to be awful. They will leave food out of your bag and refuse to fix it. Whether you have a receipt or not. They literally. Do. Not. Care. They don’t care if you paid for it and never received it. They are incapable of handling customer complaints. They admit NO wrong. They don’t care if their customers are shorted food.. money.. whatever. They say it’s not their problem. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to leave entirely pissed off.. hungry.. and let down. They are a joke. A complete joke. They wouldn’t be in business at all if Morton had ANY other fast food options. They do not know HOW to get their shit together. It’s pathetic.
And to the owner’s comment. We did speak to the manager on duty. And they were entirely unhelpful. Stating that it was an “issue with online ordering” despite all of my ordered items being stated on the receipt given to us. That is not an “issue with online ordering”. That is human error. And those same humans refusing to admit any kind of fault or accountability.
In short. The manager on duty WAS the problem. Thank you SO much for your concern. Obviously we spoke to the manager on duty. I wouldn’t have left this review without first doing so. Fix it. Or continue to lose all of your customers.

One of the few fast food places I can tolerate. Great to be able to grab fast food on the road and not have to worry about added sugar.
One of the worst possible places you can eat in Morton. Do NOT waste your time here. You would be lucky if you get your food in 30 minutes. The staff are completely unprofessional and the food is disappointing. You would be better off going to K’s Korner.

I just dashed from this location and it took absolutely forever. Had to remind them 2-3 times about the order when there was only 3 cars there. Nobody has the patience for incompetence. I hate dashing from here
Some of the employees need work on attitude to customers. Had grill down day before and came back the next day got told it wasn't done. Every once in awhile the Grease needs to be changed. People can hear them screaming outside orders should be out the door in under 4 minutes.

Just awful never again. I'll do without before going back. I've tried time after time to go back an give them a chance and they let me down everytime. Rude, cold food, and they like act im an inconvenience. I miss sonic how it was when I was a kid.

I left work to get food and had a short time to get back. I placed my order at 21:47. Paid and TIPPED. The whole time my order was being prepared, a female carhop stood at a vehicle 2 stalls down from me and visited with the occupants, who had not placed an order. In the meantime, the order progress timeline at the bottom of the order screen ran out and reverted back to the original order screen. Trying not to be rude, I waited another 5 minutes…this carhop is still visiting and no food has come my way. Someone from inside the building starts yelling about an order. I assume it’s mine, because the carhop goes in, but after another 2 minutes I hear someone taking another order over the microphone. I press the button and request to PLEASE have my food brought to me because I need to return to work. Two more minutes go by and the food is finally being delivered….by the carhop who has been visiting with the car next next door the whole time I’ve been at Sonic. When I started to leave, it was 22:07. As I back up, my carhop goes BACK to the car which has been parked nearby since before I placed my order. I tried to call this store as I left, but no one would answer the phone. If they had answered, I would have NEVER left this review…I don’t do that. All of my kids once worked as carhops, so I have respect for the job. My kids always made good tips because they did their jobs WELL. I was so disappointed, I just wanted to revoke my tip and have mgmt tell the girl WHY she wasn’t getting it. I’ll never tip there again. This night manager ALSO needs to be suspended or reprimanded-she knew her employee was outside and not doing her job.

This is the worst Sonic to visit. I placed an order at 11:17 AM on April 5th and it took me about 10 minutes to get there. I waited 30 minutes for my food. When the employee finally came to my car, she brought out a Coke that I didn’t order. She then returned with my correct order, but something was missing. I told her I was missing a drink, and instead of helping, she started talking to her friend for another 10 minutes while I waited. She continued taking orders to other cars, and I eventually left without getting my drink. I understand they are probably short staffed, but I placed my order ahead of time.
