I’ve never been compelled to write a negative review of a fast food place. That said, I ordered a turkey, cheese, mayo, lettuce, sandwich. They were out of all bread types except 1… ok fine. They were out of provolone. Alright. I got mySandwich toasted, and then walked out of the store. Got in my car and took a bite. The entire sandwich was mayo. They must have used 1 cup of mayo in my sandwich. It was absolutely disgusting.I went to reach for napkins to scrape it off. Nope. No napkins. Thanks.

The woman that took my order could have been a little more friendly, but the order was accurate nonetheless. The drink station could have used a cleanup.Parking: There is plenty of parking for regular vehicles, as well as space for around 10-12 semis as long as the drivers know how to park.

I ordered two footlongs. When I tried to use the Subway coupon, that was mailed to my house, I was told, “we do not accept coupons”. When I asked why not, I was told that it was a new policy they just started. There was no sign and no communication of this “new policy” until after I had already ordered my food. Needless to say I won’t be back and I left the sandwiches on the counter.

Have you been here? Tonight, my service experience was unsatisfactory; I ask the lady if she was having a bad day, she said who me? I said yes, oh no. I said you made my pizza as if you were mad; then she broke the pizza and I ask for another one, she said "we out of pizza". The she using her gloved hand to push up her glasses, I ask that she change her gloves, she took them off and ask her co-worker to finish. Where's the service in this world? Buy things without being Kind!

Some of the employee's are very rude honestly I will never eat here again I will go to a different place if I want subway. The manager has not answered a phone call to even deal with a problem . Such an unpleasant place to go

I usually get great food and service from the old canton rd store, the two women who work there are always friendly and sandwiches great.....but, last night 6/29/22, around 7pm, it was 2 guys working that night, and let's just say it was different, service was ok, but my fiance and I sandwiches were terrible.

Whoever makes the tuna needs a raise. The place looks great and is kept clean. Would highly recommend their chicken bacon ranch melt. 10/10 would visit again.
