HORRIBLE!!!
I’ll just skip right to the point; the little girl running the window is using DIRTY DISHES to prepare shakes with! I watched from start to finish her walk right over to the sink and grab a dirty shake mixing ring and scoop spoon right out the dirty side of the sink and mix both my shakes with it then toss them back into the dirty sink. When I politely refused the order, asked for a refund and asked to speak with the manager, she quickly caught an attitude and told me that SHE was the manager; I then told her that I watched her get dirty dishes out the sink and use them to prepare my shakes and that I would like a refund please. She was very rude and snapped back that those were clean dishes and when I pointed out that they clearly were NOT because I also watched her put them right back into that same sink compartment of ā€œ supposedlyā€ clean dishes, she closed the window and started complaining to other employees that I was being a difficult customer. She came back with her same attitude and handed me a receipt while very rudely told me to have a nice day. I WILL NEVER GO BACK, That was very nasty and rude treatment. I tried to do the online survey but when the survey asked if I could be contacted I said yes but it never asked for my contact information so I don’t know how that’s going to work. They probably won’t even do anything about it, but at least people will know that this place is in desperate need of better management and standards of cleanliness. Really no telling how many people got sick from her poor handling of people’s food. I’ve attached pictures so you can see I’m not just some Karen looking to get a free meal out of writing a bad review; ( I don’t want one because I never wanna eat here ever again) I’m writing so others can be cautious about eating here. That middle section of sink is where she got and returned them dirty dishes from.

Absolutely horrible place don’t go here. My wife ordered online and was set to pick up at 6:26 we got there at 6:14 and hit the button waited about 20 mins and finally it said someone was headed our way and 30 mins later still no food had to hit the button again and wait another 5 mins or so. When we did get our food there was no sauce had to ask for more and when we got home we discovered they left an item out of the order. Unacceptable workers someone needs to be fired if not all. Workers are too busy messing with their friends than serve customers. Not how you run a business!

Stopped to get treats for the whole family after the nearby air show. We placed our order for shakes and a sonic blast in the app and checked in. Said would be out in 5 minutes. After 3 it went off the screen at our stall. After 20 more minutes passed we still didn’t have our order. We watched people pull up, order, get theirs in leave multiple times during that 20 minutes. Finally we rang the red button and when someone responded we notified we hadn’t gotten our order yet and it had been 20+ minutes. Without having to identify our order at all they said it’d be right out. The lady brought it a couple minutes later and didn’t offer so much as an apology for the delay. Just here you go. The shakes were all melted and my sonic blast mostly mush. We weren’t gonna bother asking for it to be fixed after the service we had already recieved.

So, we’re just ignoring business hours and customers? Came to get food and had lights cut off 30 minutes before closing time and was ignored with staff still inside when the button was pushed. This Sonic is such a gamble when it comes to order accuracy and freshness. It’s a shame that it is one of the only fast food restaurants in Nettleton, and yet, you can’t even rely on them to be open when they say they are open, much less get quality food.

This place does not close until 11 pm. I arrived at 10:30ish but no later than 10:35 pm. As I was sitting at stall #6 placing my order on the app, the lights were turned off and all before 10:40 pm! I pressed the red button and was ignored. I do not believe that this is a profitable way to run a business nor is it the way to treat paying customers. I legit only wanted some cheese sticks, a burger, and fries. It would not have taken much effort to prepare. The fact that I wasn’t even given 5 minutes to order a meal even though I was there with plenty of time before closing is pathetic.

Two different days I've came to Sonic their drinks is more carbonated water and syrup. That's just when I did manage to get my order. The remaining time they close at 10 but Google shows 11. They tell me they are closed while going to serve another customer not to mention my order was definitely before they were closing.

Everytime i come and ask for extra cherry flavor for my Cherry limeade they never do it, great place great food, but sonic please start adding my extra cherry flavoring this has happened over 10x kid you not.

Too slow, employees slacking off, carelessness when it comes to handling orders. Need better staff or better management. Talking to other costumers when they should be making orders. Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Seems like employees are giving others orders before people who arrived first. Some of these employees need a reality check and to get fired.

These teenagers are worthless employees.. mobile ordered an Oreo blast and they decided to bring it out after 20 mins after ordering. Needless to say I told the girl remake it and she claimed all the shakes were runny but the next one she made magically was thick… long hair (to her knees) black female.. Also no hair net is provided by the owner…
