Didn’t even get to order. Showed up real hungry at 11:42pm, thinking I made it in time, just to be told they were closed. I asked “don’t you close at 12am?” The employee responded yes but we stopped taking orders at 11 PM. What kind of craziness is that? I have never heard that from any other fast food business.

I asked to have my beef and cheddar on a normal bun instead of the onion bun, (the onion bun makes me sick to my stomach). I have ordered it this way all over the country with no problem. The cashier checked with the manager and told me that they can't switch the buns out, but he could give me a regular one with no sauce, (so just a plain beef sandwich?), which undermines the whole cheddar part of the beef and cheddar.

waited in line for 15 minutes for my good. guy in front of me had a messed up order, they had already remade his food. but then decided they wouldn't honor their mistake. and make his older right, they told him. they weren't going to help him. and then threw away. his correct order. in the garbage. dumbest thing I have ever seen. this place had turned into. a joke. I'll. be contacting the regional manager about this as well.

The manager is horrible in customer service with attitude. The cooks and cashiers are very pleasant, but the fish was horrible and fries cold by the time we got full orders and wait time was very long. You take the time to walk in and the lobby is clean with lots of seating and it's handicap friendly. The manager needs some training for personal skills. The other people with me were satisfied with the roastbeef n cheddar. The fish sauce is horrible 😫

They need to make sure they putting napkins in the bag 🤨 and just because a sandwich requires liquid cheddar. Dont mean drown the sandwich. 🙄 Other than that, everything else was pretty straight. 🥰

The deluxe burger was absolutely disgusting and inedible. The meat was hard with no flavor. The bun was hard. I'm not sure what the orange sauce was on the bun but it had no flavor. It didn't even resemble the picture on the menu. Save your moneyand take your hunger elsewhere.

The food was as expected from Arby's, the service not so much. Barely acknowledging customers too busy talking with co workers. Took my food back out to my truck as many of the tables needed to be wiped down.
