Do you like roast beef I sure hope so because that's all you can get here, when we entered the Arby's in this pilot location we were met with a paper that informed us there was no sides, ice, shakes, chicken , burgers, or anything fried. If you are looking for disappointment and lack of fulfillment in your hunger. Welcome to Arby's

Ok Trying to be nice as possible here this pilot here is great HOW ever the Arby's cashier I had the joy of trying to order my food must be having a bad day well it's about to get worse you mam are they worst customer service person I have ever met no I'm gonna do you a solid cause the other customer behind me had to endure you as well just cause your having a bad day doesn't mean you have to make mine as well if you don't like your job then don't do it I hope the phone call to your corporate office will inti e you and train you better for there reputation

I got no service. I waited at the counter and was not greeted. I was skipped over when a guy went to the worker to let her know they were out of lids. I still received no service as she went back to doing what she was doing. After that I left. I wouldn't dare spend my money here. Poor service.

we thought since it was added to a loves it would have been good apparently not. we were the only ones in line yet they had us pull up. they didn't give a total and didn't do a good job interacting with us. The staff was rude. might want to drive on and get burger king or something further down.

Do the cooks here ever actually try the food they serve? I ask the person at the counter French dip or Philly bc I’m interested in trying something new, she says do the Philly it’s limited time.. ok sure why not. I hope the limit on that time was my sandwich being the last one bc no one else deserves to eat that absolute garbage can of a “sandwich” I was served a white goopy pile of trash with questionable is this a mushroom? Is it beef? Idk it’s just a mess of white “cheese” and I can’t honestly believe the cook ever looked at the sandwich bc how just how can you sell that pill of grease and mistakes as “food” not to mention the drink machine being down all the sauces being out and just general “I’m here for a paycheck” vibe of the entire staff. I get it’s gas station food but you just guaranteed I will never stop at an Arby’s again.

So I get off work and run to Arby's, I've always loved the place in the past, and they're the only place open in the middle of the night. I pull up to the mic, they ask if I wanted to try some new thing, I say no and I ask about the $1, $2, 3$, menu thing, bc it's the night before payday an I'm low on cash and I get no response. I say, "Hello" like 3 or 4 more times an I'm sitting there for like 5 or 10 minutes, so I pull around to the window see someone jus move out of sight, wait a few more minutes still get no service. I've been going to this Arby's in New Albany for years, but I will no longer. I know it's fast food and you're not getting the most professional people, but literally ignoring customers is ridiculous, especially in a literal customer service/Food service industry. Let me say, I've never left a review like this before, not even when people have messed up my order, but this made me so angry I made a point of coming on here to leave this in the hopes your leadership will do something about this type of behavior.

I have to commend this Arby’s for their cleanliness and professionalism. This was one of the cleanest, well-run Arby’s that I’ve visited as a truck driver. It did take a minute to receive my food, but it was hot and fresh when I did. Good job to the morning staff.
