Someone needs to tell this place they are a fast food joint not a sit down takes over 1/2 hr to get our food. Kept serving the drive thru not the patrons inside.

This was my first time at this location and I will not go back. We placed an order for three people, and we waited over 30 minutes. We have no idea why it took so long but we were not the only people waiting. One customer who was ahead of us requested a refund because the wait was so long. The staff did not proactively share that it would be a wait time and considering we were in the drive through it would have been good to know. After the long wait, the portions were small, not all the items were fresh and they neglected to provide condiments or cutlery. Overall it was decent but not worth the extended wait.

Pull up at 10:38 a.m. and sit at order station until 10:43 a.m. with no response. Then pull around and wait five minutes again to be told one moment. Moments passed and still did not get to place order. They were open and were serving people inside and ignoring the drive through. Unprofessional to do this.

Just went Thur the drive Thur the two peice fish plate and side order of shrimp witch I didn’t get called back up there they wouldn’t answer the phone I am sure they knew it was me ! Spent 10.33

From the time I got in car line to order until I received my food was over 30 min. I requested extra tartar sauce and RECEIVED NO tartar sauce. Food was cold and tasted very bad.

Ordered 40 worth of food. I like salt probably to much, but the grilled classic salmon was so salty it could not be consumed even after wiping it down with several napkins. There is no tarter sauce. I know a fish place with no tarter. I couldn't believe it either. Fish needed something to cover up the heavy taste of salt. Fries were cold and brocoli had no seasoning at all. We love us some Captain D's. Just not this one. Would not recommend 😕 this store to friends or family. Rude staff. Had to demand a refund and only gave me 12.19 not tax also. Was a horrible mother's day dinner. Just horrible. You all should be ashamed of yourselves

My dad ordered the 5.99 garlic fish shrimp and fries but when we went to pay it was 63 dollars and she told us it was 12.99 a piece so we switched to the regular and it was 35 dollars but after I got home I felt sick to my stomach and was throwing up throughout the night and the next morning, was nauseous and had diarrhea. They gave me and my dad food poisoning
