CRACKER BARREL IN NEW ALBANY MS WAS VERY RUDE TO US THEY REFUSED TO SERVE US WHEN WE TRIED TO VISIT THE STORE TODAY TO EAT THEY SAID WE COULD ONLY BE SERVED BY A GENERAL MANGER FROM NOW ON SO WE WANT BE GOING BACK TO THEIR STORE EVER AGAIN I WILL BE REPORTING THIS SITUATION TO THE CORPORATION NEXT WEEK WE WAS TALKED ABOUT BADLY BY SEVERAL PEOPLE

One of the nicest Cracker Barrel's I have been in and our server, Tenica, was wonderful. She did a good job serving and had a super great personality!

Mike and his team provide an all time top notch dining experience for us tonight. We eat at quite a few Cracker Barrel around the country and this one is the only one where a "Think Customer" mindset exists to such a high standard. The server was awesome, food was prepared to the consistency we have been accustomed to. Try this store and let Mike and his team take care of your dining.

The pancakes with cream cheese and strawberry are my favorite! The gift shop is always so pretty around Christmas. The candles smell amazing. Found an old childhood favorite candy there.

Waited 30 minutes for my food. Food was cold, cornbread wasn't warm enough to even melt butter. Everything was cold like it had been taken out of the refrigerator. Waitress was not good with service at all. I have never been to a cracker barrel with such poor service.

I got thr chicken bacon meal and it was great. Potatoes and mac and cheese were delicious. Everyone was happy but my bf said he should of got a bigger portion of potatoes and the bacon being crumbed on the chicken would of made it better

We were very disappointed with the food. The protein and most vegetables were at best luke warm. The vegetable portions were minimal. I got the turnup greens, which barely had 3 bites. I'm not sure how to describe the peach cobbler. I've never had a cobbler made with a very hard crust on top, and the peaches were extremely tart. The ice cream was good. Our waitress was very friendly and asked us if we were still good about every two minutes. The chairs at the tables were so close together back to back that you couldn't pull the chair back far enough to get in or out without hitting the person behind you.
