Our experience here was absolutely fantastic. Emma was our waitress and she deserves a raise! She was funny, checked on us often, and had a great attitude. The hash brown casserole bowl with steak tips was delicious too! As were the biscuits. Much better Cracker Barrel than what we have at home in Iowa. Definitely recommend!

Just wanted to give a shout out to our New Albany Cracker Barrel restaurant. I’ve always loved Cracker Barrel because when I was travel and contract nurse I always looked for Cracker Barrel to stop for good food, rest and shop. Alway felt safe. I was so excited when we had one to our small town. It was excellent at first. Good food, good service and friendly everything. To me over the past years, ours has become so the worse places to try and eat. The food was awful.The biscuits like knock a window and the staff was so rude, uncaring. I hair stopped going except to run and buy birthday days card.( they still have the best! Well, yesterday mama and I went there after her doctor appointment. It was such a great experience. Good was excellent. Our server and everyone else were excellent. The manager was above and beyond just friendly and caring too. I did tell them how I felt and was so happy they had made such positive changes. The only familiar face was Robin which has worked through out the rough years and stuck with them. She needs a raise by the, Cracker Barrell. Shes excellent! So, New Albany show Cracker Barrel we are so glad they they turned the place around and go eat some good food! Thank you, Cracker Barrell for coming back to what we know you were!❤️???
My wife and I ate supper there Thursday night. The service from your waitresses was phenomenal. The trips back and forth she made were above and beyond her duty. The food was delicious. We had the roast beef. I tried your new cherry lemonade and was very pleased. The manager stopped by our table and asked how everything was. That was really nice. We're looking forward to the next time we will be in New Albany.

Food was not good. Chicken was so greasy if I had not changed the oil in my truck the week before. I could have used the grease in the Chicken for a oil change. The rest of the meal was lukewarm at best. Cross cracker barrel off the list.
The staff here are sooo nice. True southern hospitality. Now for the food… always on point and GREAT VALUE. Where else can you get 4 piece southern fried chicken with 2 sides and a basket for of biscuits, drink for under $20 today. Love me some Cracker Barrel!!! See you next time.

Absolutely wonderful visit. The dining experience was warm, inviting, and welcoming. The restaurant was full of customers, and everyone seemed to being enjoying themselves. The food was top notch. The wait at the door for seating and at the table for food was the best I have ever seen. The staff was friendly and welcomed everyone with a smile...The employees implemented true customer service and took pride in their work... the initiative shown in all areas. I give this visit 5 stars in all categories!!! If you want a drama free, relaxing outing with your family this would be the perfect place with shopping, food, and games for everyone. I highly recommend!!!

WAY too long to wait to (1) have order taken and (2) get food. Literally over 45 minutes of just waiting after being seated.Also the biscuits are no longer soft and fluffy. As if they didn't rise long enough or were rushed cooking with heat too high.
