Do not waste your time going here. They will give you an attitude for THEM messing up your order, they actively choose talking to coworkers over providing service to customers, and God forbid they seem to have a personal issue with you…my husband and I have been here several times in the last two years and we have seen the fastest service ever to the cars in front of us…it doesn’t matter if it is 1 or 20, it is always quick, respectful service, then when we pull forward they give us attitude, the wrong food, the wrong drinks, entire meals that have been paid for that aren’t given to us, and more, or less in this situation. Paying full prices for 3 large meals and only receiving 2 meals and they aren’t larges at all. Not to mention it heavily seems like some of the food has been tampered with. Getting a cup of sauce that looks like it has been poured out so we have much less than what we would need. I’m not sure if this is a coincidence EVERY TIME, but I personally refuse to believe it. There is no excuse for the lack of what we PAID FOR, and the lack of professionalism.

Went through the drive thru for lunch. Got a #5 Two Cheeseburgers Combo. Pulled around to a parking space , was just going to eat in my vehicle. Got one burger out, took one bite, the burgers are COLD!!!! Cheese isn't even melted! I had to bring my burger home & COOK IT! I AM SO MAD!!!! PAID $10 TO HAVE TO TAKE IT HOME & COOK IT MYSELF!!!! I used to love Jack's burgers but this burns me up!!!! Pure laziness!!!! Also, there was a vehicle with a North Carolina tag in front of me, pulled up & waiting. I'm sure their food was cooked thoroughly! Locals don't get the same respect! Just want my $10!??! Well, ain't nothing at Jack's worth eating except the fries, that's it! New Albany Jack's just lost my business & I wouldn't recommend it to feed your dogs! Tried calling to talk to a manager, phone rang & rang no answer, called back for 15 minutes, NO ANSWER!!!! I'm done! YOU WON'T GET ANOTHER DIME FROM THIS GIRL!!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The New Albany and Tupelo locations are my favorite. The people are always so friendly. I've visited this location 4-5 times and each time service has been great, friendly, and fast.

Don't try and grab a biscuit in the mornings especially if your in a hurry. Recent visits have includes standing in line to only find out that they are out of biscuits before 8:30 in the morning. This morning it tooks almost 20 mins to get 2 chicken biscuits and two breakfast wraps to go. Asked for honey mustard. They don't have any made. Get to the car and there's an extra sausage biscuit I was apparently charged for but didn't order.

The people that work there in the drive thru was very rude to customers at the window. What looked to be the manager was yelling at a young employee right in front of me at the counter. Will not be back for sure.

I was going to try the chili cheese dogs That looks so good On the commercial What I ended up getting was in anything close The hot dogs were one step above cold the cheese was cold and Unmelted there was barely any chili on it at all Which is the idea of a chili cheese dog it was worse than Sonics no chili no cheese room temperature hot dogs Nasty!!! It wasn't like they were rushed I was the only one at the drive up tired of paying for food that plain Nasty the employees had one job and couldn't get it Right!!!

I like Jack's the food is good and at a decent price and they have better service then a lot of other places BUT I was let down this time that dose not mean they are bad but I do know they can do better they where very sweet and accommodating the bathroom needs some work and I wish I was served a little faster for how many ppl where not in the restaurant but it was still pleasant
Parking: Easy to see and get into spots. At times getting out can be difficult
Kid-friendliness: Very sweet. Kids minue and coloring pages
Wheelchair accessibility: They have spots in the parking lot and a ramp to get in. Both bathrooms and sets are available
