Do not waste your time going here. They will give you an attitude for THEM messing up your order, they actively choose talking to coworkers over providing service to customers, and God forbid they seem to have a personal issue with you…my husband and I have been here several times in the last two years and we have seen the fastest service ever to the cars in front of us…it doesn’t matter if it is 1 or 20, it is always quick, respectful service, then when we pull forward they give us attitude, the wrong food, the wrong drinks, entire meals that have been paid for that aren’t given to us, and more, or less in this situation. Paying full prices for 3 large meals and only receiving 2 meals and they aren’t larges at all. Not to mention it heavily seems like some of the food has been tampered with. Getting a cup of sauce that looks like it has been poured out so we have much less than what we would need. I’m not sure if this is a coincidence EVERY TIME, but I personally refuse to believe it. There is no excuse for the lack of what we PAID FOR, and the lack of professionalism.

Went through the drive thru for lunch. Got a #5 Two Cheeseburgers Combo. Pulled around to a parking space , was just going to eat in my vehicle. Got one burger out, took one bite, the burgers are COLD!!!! Cheese isn't even melted! I had to bring my burger home & COOK IT! I AM SO MAD!!!! PAID $10 TO HAVE TO TAKE IT HOME & COOK IT MYSELF!!!! I used to love Jack's burgers but this burns me up!!!! Pure laziness!!!! Also, there was a vehicle with a North Carolina tag in front of me, pulled up & waiting. I'm sure their food was cooked thoroughly! Locals don't get the same respect! Just want my $10!??! Well, ain't nothing at Jack's worth eating except the fries, that's it! New Albany Jack's just lost my business & I wouldn't recommend it to feed your dogs! Tried calling to talk to a manager, phone rang & rang no answer, called back for 15 minutes, NO ANSWER!!!! The New Albany and Tupelo locations are my favorite. The people are always so friendly. I've visited this location 4-5 times and each time service has been great, friendly, and fast.
