The New Albany and Tupelo locations are my favorite. The people are always so friendly. I've visited this location 4-5 times and each time service has been great, friendly, and fast.
I like Jack's the food is good and at a decent price and they have better service then a lot of other places BUT I was let down this time that dose not mean they are bad but I do know they can do better they where very sweet and accommodating the bathroom needs some work and I wish I was served a little faster for how many ppl where not in the restaurant but it was still pleasant

The chicken sandwich and the tenders are good. Lines are always fast here I'll say that. I go here for the breakfast biscuits in the morning, only fast food breakfast thats good anywhere. The French fries are extremely good with the seasoning they put on them.
