I'm from out of town. I have eat there 3 days in a row. Today is Sunday. I'll stop in there to get the deluxe. I drive back to my location and realize that the grits are like water and they are scorched burnt. Other than that I've had a good experience
Just when you think customer service is a lost art, this Jack’s constantly delivers. I seldomly stop at this location while traveling and I always appreciate the great customer service and quality food.
Jack’s New Albany is awesome. The food is always good, the facility is always clean, the drive thru moves quickly, and the staff members are all kind. I love Jack’s breakfast and I have been coming regularly for years. I’ve never had a bad experience. Great job!
