Dropped by Dec 13th for a quick lunch. Greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. Ordered the 3 piece combo. It was all really good. The ladies behind the counter were all very friendly. Glad I decided to eat there as I was passing thru the area.

Do not eat at KFC in New Albany Mississippi. The chicken was burnt and a biscuit was hard as a rock worse chicken and food I have eat. And all of New Albany would advise going somewhere else

Food was unsatisfactory,extremely greasy,service was horrid,staff were rude and very impatient seemed to be in a rush to do nothing seeing as to how me and my fiancee were the only car here. Is give it a half star if I could the only good thing was the Hi-C. 1,000% do not recommend coming here.

I placed my meal in drive thru. 16 piece family meal. The chicken was hard. The mashed potatoes was sour and had a burnt taste to them. The Macaroni was dry. I got this meal for my family. It was so bad I went back and dropped the meal off and asked for my money back. The assistant manager stated sorry can't get your money back till GM comes in the morning . This is ridiculous I paid $50 bucks for a nasty family meal. One team member states don't order after 6pm we don't do fresh food after that time. Was frustrated I just left the food on the counter. They don't care.
