I placed an order online and waited the time frame it told me before arriving to the store. Upon arrival it was so crowded in the lobby I stood there for 15 minutes before telling someone I had an online order for 6 buffalo wings, sticks and slices, and the new garlic and cheese puffs. I waited 10 more minutes and was handed my food stating we were waiting for the sticks and slices to come out of the oven. I arrived home to chicken wings that had very clearly been sitting all day and then just drenched(container filled to the top with all buffalo sauce, and the pepperoni puffs instead of the cheese. The puffs were the size of the single pepperoni that sat on top of them and hard as a rock. After many experiences like this with this particular location I won’t be back

Sometimes you just need a fast meal and get back on the highway. This is just off of Interstate 22 and I was able to get in and out and back on the road in no time flat. Service was okay and the place had the look of your typical Little Caesar's. The pizza was what I expected from a Little Caesar's.

These people do not follow food safety guidelines. Atleast at my local one here in new albany. The prepair the food without gloves once i got a pizza that tasted like freaking body lotion.

The pizza and breadsticks were old and cold. They should place a limit for the pizzas to sit in the warmers. The service is lacking - I have been to this location a handful of times and no one has been pleasant when ordering in person. No customer service.

Left off some of my order, cheese bread hard as a rock, pepperoni pizza was greasy and hardly any pepperoni, meat pizza was just as bad. Tried to call them and they wouldn’t answer, so got on web sigh called that number but stayed on hold for 20 minutes before i hung up, they have lost my business, a frozen pizza would have been better, i gave them one star but they didn’t even deserve that??

Went here get food for the family and get told we can't break a 50. Go to burger King guess what they can. Sad go in here for quick food never had issue besides the wait and them not answering the phone. This litte Caesar just need to close. It's been dying for years now.
