A joke. Only reason you get 1 star is because I have to give something. Was looked dead in the eyes and ignored completely. Shows what McDonald's thinks about paying customers. We walked out without any food. Good thing I didn't use a card.

Don't bother coming here for anything,got fries that were rock hard and mean couldn't even bite them type of hard. Brought my sister for a interview and instead the manager sat at a table bullshitting and ignoring both people there for an interview. Her appointment was at 230pm and we just walked out at 356pm because the manager decided that her melodrama was more important than her duties. Employees being rude and hateful.

The worst of all, very, very bad service and workers, ufff
Was in a hurry so I went through the drive thru to order my meal . I ordered from the menu I believe the number was 4b a quarter pounder with bacon meal . Made my order then pulled to the first window and paid for the meal then proceeded to the second window and was handed my drink and then asked to pull forward in front of another car already waiting. I had to set there for 15 minutes before my meal was brought out to me . The fries were all dumped in the bag the sandwich was just stopped together and the hamburger meat was only half cooked ( still raw ) I didn't have time to go inside and return the food so it just went into the trash. I don't want a free meal but I think this restaurant is an embarrassment to the city of New Albany and I definitely will not waste any more of my money at their establishment.

I would've given 5 stars all the way but this store has messed up my order a few times. DON'T ORDER THRU THE APP AND GET IT DELIVERED. If you are missing anything from your order, you WILL NOT get a refund. You would have to go to the store to get your items. The people without a ride, would just have to deal with it and count it as a loss, because they have no way to the store. It is ridiculous. McDonald's cannot give refunds thru the app because it is privately owned. So if you want McDonald's delivered, order thru Doordash not the app, unless you want to make a trip to the restaurant to get your missing items.

While traveling we stopped at this McDonald's for coffee and a restroom break. I stood at the register, waiting for a worker to come help me. After several employees saw me (2-3 minutes), I asked if someone could come take my order. The manager replied, 'No. We don't take orders. Order from the machine' This was not spoken in a kind voice. She was clearly under the impression that everyone should KNOW that this location does not take orders at the counter. Completely rude. Last visit EVER to this location.
