My husband and I frequently come to this location and it's always something. Rude staff. Food missing and lack of service. People literally so rude to the customer, refusing to take orders on both lanes and It's a huge problem and it's known to be a horrible location. This is the worst McDs in the area and in contention for one of the worst McDs I've ever been to. Breakfast is sometimes okay. Lunch and dinner? Forget it. Food is always poorly cooked - floppy fries, half cooked chicken nuggets, etc. They are always missing items on the menu - I haven't seen sprite on the menu in months. Orders are usually wrong - missing an item or made wrong. And don't get me started on the customer service. Most of the employees have horrible attitudes and if something is wrong with your order? Forget it. They don't want to deal. Sad because this used to be a semi-decent McDs.

I don’t know how you can call yourself fast food when I just waited 35 minutes in the drive-through line at 8AM. It’s McDonald’s too so the food is not even good. I could’ve went to a diner for the time it took me to get and eat this meal and paid the same or less money at that.

No service whatsoever! There is no one to speak to. This experiment in no out front employees has failed. No paper in machine. No one to tell. Employees hid in back. The meat patty is so small now that I don't know how it stays together! Not going to Mc Donald anymore!

Overall this is a very good McDonald's and usually they get my order correct. However I'm dropping the service rating to a three-star because I ordered two hash browns and they only put one in the bag. However I did not notice it until I got to where I was going. Oh well

Awful service. Was passing through on our way to another state and stopped to get my kids some food. Left with half my order in the bag they gave me. Ignored me when I was standing and waiting for my food. They were very unprofessional behind the counter. Had people who dont even work there in the back laughing and playing while they had numerous customers waiting to be helped and being ignored. Very unprofessional establishment!
