When you have a double drive thru and it takes double the time to get your order. Out of Coke Really!!!. Pull up to the window my #1 and 2 happy meals were ready but no drinks. Told me to pull up and wait some more. After watching 5 cars come through. I went back inside to get my drinks. All this aggravation for $21.

This was the McDonald’s in New Albany, Mississippi. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and fries. ? I don’t normally eat McDonald’s, but the food was okay. The fries really didn’t have much taste. The sandwich was good. The fries were free when you spend a $1. Great deal

Worst food service ever.Food is left unattended on the countertop, so anyone can go and grab it or just touch it.I ordered my food in the self order kiosk, and I waited for my order to be ready for about 15 min. My food was cold, I don't know for how long it was in the bag until I asked for my order, because no one had called my order number.

We stopped here for a quick dinner while passing through. We travel a lot and have been to 100s of McDonalds throughout the US. This is by far the WORST I’ve ever been to! I ordered on my app at 7:21pm- the restaurant was not busy, after 8pm I sent my husband inside to check on our food. 3 other people where inside that ordered, 2 before ours and 1after- everyone still waiting. The MOD was “busy” hanging out out front with her family. The 1 very young lady was running around with bags not knowing who’s food was whos. Once we got our food our fries were cold, and we still had to wait for 2 drinks that took almost 15mins- we finally have everything and it’s 8:18pm!!! We asked for a refund but was told we would have to wait for the MOD to come back inside. (If she was on. Break it was over an hour) Honestly this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Now we know to skip This exit.

Worst experience I ever had in the food industry. Manager did not greet us waited 15 minutes passed by us 4 times then had to ask for them to take my order. They messed up my kids order refused to make it right. Left off the fry I ordered asked to pay for another one, manager refused to take order said I should go to kiosk after she is the one that did not get my order right. said she didnt care I have a video from it. Literally had to demand a fry for my screaming child because they put apples when I asked for only fries. This manager is the worst manager I have ever had encountered in my entire life. Called the cops because I literally was like can I get my fry! I will not be back I will be contacting a higher power to send the video to this place needs a new manager I cannot believe this manager has a job!!!!!! Literally may never come back to any McDonalds ever again!
Surprised this McDonald’s hasn’t been shut down. Dead fly in my frappe. Rude employees. One employee tried to fight my friend in the parking lot but had an attitude for no reason. I have sat at the intercom multiple times waiting for someone to take my order. I had a time where I was sitting for 23 minutes, YES I COUNT EVERYTIME, and they took my order once the line of cars was to the road. I then waited for another 16 minutes to get a watered down frappe, the one that had a dead fly in it lol. The inside is always gross, mostly the bathrooms. Not sure what the issue is with this specific Mcdonald’s. I worked for 2.5 years with Mcdonald’s in 2 other cities, and our managers always made us treat our customers professionally and respectfully. The employees here always have an attitude on the headset and will just ignore you. Makes me want to work there and show them how to do their job. They make double what I made in 2017-2019! got a 50 cent raise once and made $7.75!!!!!!!!! and respected my customers!!! They were also always clean….. New Albany is something serious.
