I order from New Albany Pizza Hut often. Today, the biggest sales event of the year for them, I was VERY IMPRESSED with the friendly and fast service that I got from them. I manage HFT in town. I go to Pizza Hut at least 1-2 times a week for a quick dinner because of having a busy schedule. Ever since there has been a new manager Kee Kee Polk, the place has changed by leaps and bounds. My food is always hot and tastes good. If there is ever a problem, they have fixed it with no issues.

We ordered two large pizzas to go. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised when I got there and my pizza was done and not only that, the toppings were perfect! Usually the toppings are barely there. The staff greeted me when I walked in. This pizza was very good. Staff was on the ball!
I ordered a large pan pizza dbl pepperoni the crust was almost as thin as thin crust 1/2 the pizza didn't even have pepperoni what little was there was burned to a crisp Nastiest pizza I'll definitely order from another pizza place next time
