We went through the drive through at 9:35 p.m on September 20. A lady asked what we would like and my husband told her to pls give us a min. She proceeded to tell him to order when he was ready. Not even a second goes by and she asks again. He then tells hers to please give him another second because our daughter was trying to figure out what she wanted. Then he tells the employee he is now ready to order. Then she proceeds to get smart with him and tells him “that it is about time” in a rude way. Then her and another lady which I assumed is an employee proceeds to laugh about the situation. So we left without ordering. Definitely not professional and poor customer service. Will not be back.

We where the only people in the Popeyes in holly springs Mississippi. But we left Georges Chicken who wanted to change an up charge for a breast in a 3 piece order. Which seemed to be more that a single breast bought individually. We drove 200 miles to only leave to go to Popeyes for less money and get what we wanted.

Only come here if you want people high as a kite making your oder! This use to be my favorite Popeyes. Cause the tupelo store will have you waiting 2 days on a chicken leg. But not after today . Told them I was allergic to pickles and they picked them off. Thankfully I knew they didn't another customer confirmed

Placed my order at 9:32pm, arrived at the store at 9:45pm and the lady on the switch board informed that basically everything I ordered had been sold for the day, and although they would be opened for more than another hour they would not make anything else. I asked her could I get my refund for the order and she told me to go through the app to do it. Asked her if I needed any proof that I didn’t get any of my food and she told me the app would let me know. Like what the actual crap? Awful experience.

Ordered a #5 (3 tenders a biscuit and 2 lg fries ) I ordered at 8:48pm and my food came out at exactly 9:30pm. This is utterly unacceptable. I have never in my life had slower FAST FOOD service. I don’t know what they have going on in that kitchen, but it needs to be addressed. The food isn’t even hot, lukewarm at best, and we’re missing sauce. CLEARLY new management is needed. Was parked on the side with about 8 other cars and 3 of them (who came after me) got their food before I did. What’s up with that? I will never be coming back to this location again. Period.

50$+ for this family meal??? How are the chicken tenders smaller than the biscuit? How are the sides so small it only feeds one person... like absolutely unacceptable... I'll stick with Zaxbys at least for 35$ we get a real family meal...SMH! We won't be back. Also the payment was supposed to be split between 2 and the lady knew this she charged it all on one card, looked at me and grinned. No apology, like oops I made a mistake, she grinned like it was funny. I didn't say anything, got our food and left. Ridiculous, 20 more dollars and we could had steak!

If you're in a rush, don't stop here. This was a drive thru order that I had to sit in the parking lot for 40 minutes before my 10pc meal and 2 red beans and rice came out. The next time there's such a wait, it would be great to be informed. I was on a long trip and was completely annoyed by this. I frequent this town because I have family here, but I won't go back here if I'm in a rush.
I love the new atmosphere here food is fast hot and fresh no long waits and I can actually taste the old flavor again ! Good job new management

Didn’t get all my food nor a straw for my drink. When I called the store to talk to the manager I got a rude inconsiderate woman on the phone who was of no help. I would not recommend this specific store to anyone. If they don’t like their jobs maybe they need to find a new one not in customer service industry!

Was not given biscuit in box. When I called the store and spoke with the manager all I got was I thought I put a biscuit in the box. I can come get a biscuit and straw that wasn’t given either! I had it door dashed obviously because I could drive there! When explaining that she said well what you want me to do? Well for starters a better attitude! I won’t be door dashing from here again and this store as well as its management get a 0 star review from me!

First time trying Popeyes chicken sandwiches, and I gotta say they are best of the big chains. Yes, better than Chic Fila, Wendy, BK, MCD, whatever. They are also priced very reasonable.
This location also seems to turnover their chickens faster. The benefit of that is you get fresh, hot chickens more often. Downside is you might have to wait longer, but if you can spare the time, then you will get better chicken experience.
The people are fine, every Popeyes location is different; different personalities, different characters.
