This place is being broken down by the private equity vultures that own it. Sandwich ingredients keep decreasing and customer choices are minimized. This used to be a healthy alternative but it just got marked off our list. The employees are good people, doing their job - must be tough.

Workers were rude and I had a mobile order. When I took a bite of my sandwhich they have only put 1 pepper and 2 onions on the whole thing.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Me & my husband have ordered from this subway multiple times. We’ve never had to talk to anyone since we order online. However, this time, I accidentally ordered from this location instead of the one by my work (over an hour away from this location… pregnancy brain!) and I called them AS SOON as I placed the order to have them cancel it. The lady that answered the phone said “I don’t care- can you not call back later we’re busy and don’t have time for you so” and hung up on my face. I called back, and she answered again & said “I don’t care about your order and we’re not cancelling it” and then put i am assuming the manager on the phone and he proceeded to say the same thing. “I don’t care we’re not cancelling your order you shouldn’t have placed it” and more rude comments. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not be leaving the review if they had nicely explained to me they couldn’t cancel the order. I’m not someone to get mad over things like that especially knowing I mistakenly placed the order.

Owner apparently tells staff they only accept coupons on certain sandwiches. has a terrible print out that says something along the lines of “the following coupon only applies to these sandwiches:” and lists off sandwiches not even on the menu. Coupon doesn’t have these restrictions, and allows in app use. Just seems like a bad owner cheaping out.
