I called in an order, I specified I wanted butter, sour cream and A-1. When I got back to my hotel I didn't have even one of them. I called and went back even though they were closed and the manager acted annoyed. The steak was good I won't lie but not getting a single thing I asked for then the manager, while writing checks to his servers, acting annoyed, I will never be back. Funny how non of the owners here respond to any comment. They also didn't pack any silverware even plastic, I had to get it from my hotel. My advice is go somewhere else

Really needs to polish up the ingredients quality wise....also better train the kitchen staff.... 2 visits, 2 food related guffs.... Burned hamburger steak served, sent back, charcoal like ahain, 2nd try....(just get the grill guy a thermo-pop).....months later, order of whole catfish reeked of bleach.... IMHO, kitchen should never use bleach to sani anything when food is out....rookie mistake.....wait staff was very good though

Called in order at 4:20 and still waiting at 5:20. Went inside to get refund. Girl said I’m sorry after we waited an hour. If you can’t cook chicken and fish on 1 hour, there is a problem somewhere. They should have called the manager or owner over but they didn’t do that either. They are busy collecting the money but not worried about getting the food out. This place has really gone down. Time before our order was wrong.

The food was absolutely amazing! The most flavorful food from salad bar to steak to even my baked potato. The spicy cheese sticks were wonderful! Can’t give this place enough stars. We both got medium rare steaks. From door entrance to the time we paid our check, we were literally there for only 30 minutes. Quick service!

I must admit when I walked in I thought there's no way this place is going to be good, boy was I wrong! Best steak I've eaten in a very long time! A 10 out of 10!
The food was ok. Great salad bar. I ordered the grilled salmon, was a bit salty on the thinner parts but overall pretty good. My husband ordered the steak, was slightly undercooked but taste and wuality was good. My brother got 4 piece fish and wasn't impressed. Food has been better so maybe this was an off night. My complaint is that it was 83 degrees in the restaurant and the waitress was not on top of refills. Maybe she was overheated though.

A nice steakhouse located in downtown New Albany MS. We visited on a Saturday evening around 6:00. The place was busy, but we were seated as soon as we walked in. Our server was prompt with getting our drinks and our orders. She did, however, fail to enter our order correctly, and we were short 1 entrée when the order came out. She immediately came over and apologized for the error and explained how it happened. Within just a few minutes, the entrée came out.Overall, the food was good. The steaks were cooked to the desired doneness and had a good flavor. The salad bar had plenty to choose from, and the greens were fresh and crisp. The grilled shrimp were tasty and had a Cajun seasoning added to them.Service was good, the prices aren't bad, the place was clean, and there is plenty of parking at the side of the building.
They must have changed managers and cooks since we were there a few months ago. We were there recently and the food was nothing like it used to be. It took us at least 30 minutes to get food. They gave another customer our order who came in a long time after we did. The salad bar used to be good. The last time it was wilted and smelled and tasted like it was soured. The food tasted like old rancid grease. We noticed there were not many diners there and now we know why. They probably won't be in business much longer if they don't go back to the way it was a few months ago. We drive an hour and a half to get to this restaurant but we won't be going again. The waitress was very nice and we have NO complaints about her.
