This was nicest and friendliest Waffle House we’ve been to. Our waiter was great and the cook made a lovely plate hot & fresh!! It was a long day and they finished it off with a high note!!

The grits were lumpy. We asked for new grits. The cook stated she wasn't cooking anymore and that they could add water to them. I watched the server drop the to go cups on the floor then place them at the counter to use. I stated I did not want a cup that fell on the floor. He stated that he got new cups and I told him yeah I know you went to get new cups and then you dropped them on the floor. I went to leave and the server and cook stated I hate when people complain like those folks right there. NASTY

The waitress was slow she didn't know what the hell she was doing The food come out my omelet was overcooked My wife's was raw and they didn't even get it right so and they overcharged us so there you go there's your waffle House sucked

Had a great experience here after waiting over 20 minutes at our table at cracker Barrel without being acknowledged. The staff were Friendly and the food was good. Within 10 minutes we had our drinks on the table and our food ordered

Me and my husband had a great experience here after sitting at a table at Cracker Barrel for 20 minutes without anyone even getting our drink orders. The staff were friendly and within 10 minutes we had drinks at the table and our food ordered.
We had a great breakfast and fun time at this Waffle House in New Albany, MS. The crew was having a good time. We had to get a picture of the butter sculpture made by the artist on the left and modeled after the young lady on the right!
