11-21-24. 6:18 pm I had a call in order tonight. Asked for tomatoes & cheese in my hash browns . ( barely any ) I asked for raisin toast. ( received regular toast ) when I walked in there was a lady at the bar speaking so loud to a server . I was not greeted when entering . The server behind the register just looked at me with no words . I saw my bag by the register I asked if it was mine . She said NOTHING , just handed me the bag . LMAO
Unprofessional service and attention to detail is way off. I have been to this location on a weekend night and had a great meal with great service. This particular shift this evening needs work

The servers are really nice. It's always super clean and the food It's always really good. I've gone to huddle house had raw hash browns, but not a waffle house.
Dietary restrictions: It's not the best If you can't have really oily food but if you can't have dairy, it's really good, I personally can't have a lot of oil or dairy and I eat there often and if I pick my food dry, it usually doesn't hurt my stomach too terribly much.

I’ve been to many Waffle House locations and always order the same meal and order with the same wording. I order “A grilled cheese on Texas toast, a double hash brown, and a side of bacon.” Hundreds of times without ever having a mistake, it has come out as ordered with the bacon on a side plate. My experience on 11/6/24 at 8:00pm was different, they put the bacon on the grilled cheese. The mistake was fine and I somewhat can see how the mistake was made but I asked if they would make another(especially considering that I specifically say I want a side of bacon rather than a bacon grilled cheese). They took it back and I apologized for being difficult and thanked them. Just to hear the cook complaining about having to fix it and said “I’m not remaking it, I’m just going to pull the bacon off and send it back out with fresh bacon. The sandwich was absolutely disgusting and I couldn’t eat it. The cook seemed to be in a rush just to go sit in her car on her phone and smoke cigarettes. The server was nice and good, but the cook seemed like she did not care whatsoever and was mad I sent back an order that she messed up.

This was an excellence dining experience. Especially, after the horrible experience my family and I had at the location in Tubelo. All of the staff greeted us as we came through the door. They worked together as a team and I have to give a special shout out to our waitress Ms. Brenda. She was fantastic and needs to teach the location in Tubelo hospitality and customer service. If, we lived here this would be our go to. The staff that was there today at 12pm were great. Great team!!!
