We stopped by Wendy’s to get our lunch. We went inside and there were three people standing two of which were talking to each other and the one at the drive thru window was looking down like she was watching something on her phone. One of the guys talking looked at me and continued to talk. I moved over so the other guy could see me. When he saw me he called out, “someone on the front.” Then I saw someone come out of the back office but no one came to the front counter. After my husband and I stood there for a few more minutes and nothing changed, the guys were still talking, the girl still doing what she was doing and no one came to the front counter. So we left. There was no one inside the restaurant or in drive thru. Now I know why. 🙁. You can’t have a profitable business if you don’t have employees that want to work. Our order was never taken so I can’t rate the food.

Ordered a large salted Carmel frosty because I had one in Winfield Kansas that was delicious. The one in Albany they are selling for salted Carmel tastes more like butterscotch!!!! It was good but they should have advertised it as butterscotch-so disappointed-told the staff and they just drugged their shoulders. Bad for you Wendy’s.

Went inside to eat, but only needed something to drink. Aside from one odd look from someone at a nearby table (understandable, since my food came from another eatery) it went well.
Not as good as Burger King, of course... But still... very good! Our food was good and the service was great...

After asking for fresh chicken sandwich I received another cold chicken sandwich. My fries were also less than room temperature. I even had to wait 10 minutes

I went through the drive thru and when I pulled up to order the woman who took my order was so rude. She huffed and puffed whenever I would tell her what i wanted and when she would ask if i wanted any sauce she said it in the rudest way and wouldn’t let me finish my order without cutting me off and saying “anything else” in the middle of me ordering. I use to love Wendy’s and have never had a problem with the food, or the service but there was no reason to be rude to someone at a job you chose to work at. I ended up leaving after I ordered because I’m not spending my money on a place where the employees are rude for no reason.

They was very rude and when they gave me my order they didn't say nothing just shut the window and then they didn't give me my whole order that I paid for I paid $30 some dollars and I didn't get my order. Very disappointed I use to love Wendys but now I will no longer go there. The service is very poor.

Service was quick! Food was hot and fresh! Appreciate the fact that she separated both meals into different bags instead of stuffing everything into one bag. Restrooms were also clean. Great place to grab a quick bite if you are traveling.
