We went to the drive thru (Monday, September 15th @ 4:45) and as we were ready to order the young man came on the speaker to tell us what they were out of before we placed our order. We couldn’t believe the list but they did have some of what we wanted. (3- 4 for 4 meals) They didn’t have regular fries or sweet tea but got the crunchy fries and Sprite. We felt sorry for the young man working the window because he was nice as he could be and we laughed with him when he said he had a list he was reading off of what they didn’t have…not only being out of everything what we received was cold and you could tell had been cooked for some time. They shouldn’t even had the doors open…completely out of all salads, regular fries, sweet or unsweetened tea and the list goes on.

Usually I don’t have a problem with Wendy’s but today I did. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 2 classic chicken sandwiches , and a Dave’s Double. You couldn’t tell the chicken sandwiches apart they all looked the same. So we just had to chose one and of course we all chose the wrong one. None of the sandwiches were good. They tasted old and weren’t even hot. I was very disappointed . This has happened to me only a few times. I usually don’t leave a bad review because no restaurant is perfect but when you call up there and they don’t care or make it right they deserve a bad review .

I won't cap this location at 5 stars because I have only been through the drive-through. But the food has been on point each time I've come through. The line is wrapped around the building each time which says something for the food, and the line moves quick which means the service is on point too.

We stopped by Wendy’s to get our lunch. We went inside and there were three people standing two of which were talking to each other and the one at the drive thru window was looking down like she was watching something on her phone. One of the guys talking looked at me and continued to talk. I moved over so the other guy could see me. When he saw me he called out, “someone on the front.” Then I saw someone come out of the back office but no one came to the front counter. After my husband and I stood there for a few more minutes and nothing changed, the guys were still talking, the girl still doing what she was doing and no one came to the front counter. So we left. There was no one inside the restaurant or in drive thru. Now I know why. 🙁. You can’t have a profitable business if you don’t have employees that want to work. Our order was never taken so I can’t rate the food.

Ordered a large salted Carmel frosty because I had one in Winfield Kansas that was delicious. The one in Albany they are selling for salted Carmel tastes more like butterscotch!!!! It was good but they should have advertised it as butterscotch-so disappointed-told the staff and they just drugged their shoulders. Bad for you Wendy’s.
