I went by last night after 10:00 p.m. to get a grilled chicken wrap, got it home. It was literally 2 in long. The shell was hard and the chicken was dry and hard. Also. Went by this morning for three sausage biscuits and I strongly suggest avoiding breakfast at this place. Nasty does not even come close to what they're serving for breakfast

If I could give them a corner of a star that would be my description. Their Caramel Ice Coffee was just that bad. Who does caramel around the cup and some at the bottom as a way to flavor their ice coffee. I should have went to Jacks but they were closed. Other than that my experiences with Wendy’s has been positive. I don’t know what’s up with their Caramel Ice Coffee. Very awful. It had to have been bad to make me wanna write this bad review. Wendy’s as a whole is good though just don’t order the caramel ice coffee.
We went to the drive thru (Monday, September 15th @ 4:45) and as we were ready to order the young man came on the speaker to tell us what they were out of before we placed our order. We couldn’t believe the list but they did have some of what we wanted. (3- 4 for 4 meals) They didn’t have regular fries or sweet tea but got the crunchy fries and Sprite. We felt sorry for the young man working the window because he was nice as he could be and we laughed with him when he said he had a list he was reading off of what they didn’t have…not only being out of everything what we received was cold and you could tell had been cooked for some time. They shouldn’t even had the doors open…completely out of all salads, regular fries, sweet or unsweetened tea and the list goes on.

Usually I don’t have a problem with Wendy’s but today I did. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 2 classic chicken sandwiches , and a Dave’s Double. You couldn’t tell the chicken sandwiches apart they all looked the same. So we just had to chose one and of course we all chose the wrong one. None of the sandwiches were good. They tasted old and weren’t even hot. I was very disappointed . This has happened to me only a few times. I usually don’t leave a bad review because no restaurant is perfect but when you call up there and they don’t care or make it right they deserve a bad review .

I won't cap this location at 5 stars because I have only been through the drive-through. But the food has been on point each time I've come through. The line is wrapped around the building each time which says something for the food, and the line moves quick which means the service is on point too.
