People in back was working hard. While front crew was talking about snap chat took for ever order. Did receive food quickly. The bathroom are nasty(run down nasty needs updating) rusty , no paper towels and sink was stuck running and a bug. Hopefully bathroom only place had bugs.I do want to add that guy working register once he came over worked hard. He really needed help from two in drive through.

I did have an initial issue this location but the a manger did a great job of getting the issue resolved. She was professional and polite. She did rectify the issue and I’m satisfied.

NASTY!!! I love Zaxby’s BUT this location needs help. Came in at 12:00 before the lunch rush the place is absolutely DISGUSTING! Almost every table dirty, floors dirty, bathroom 100% unacceptable. No lie dirty than any gas station restroom. Poor management and employees that obviously don’t care.

Girl who took my order had her mind on everything but the customer. Got my order wrong 3 times. I said they don't do this in Pontotoc, she said this isn't Pontotoc now is it! I just got my money back and left. Place was filthy!
