Being from Texas i didn't know what to expect stopping in here for some BBQ but must say i really liked it. Great college football atmosphere too. Very friendly and professional staff too, highly recommend stopping here to eat if you are passing through and want some good BBQ.

Ordered half a slab of ribs. I was served individually ribs, covered in bbq sauce. The ribs were tough and not fresh at all. The ribs appeared to be the end of slabs. My friend ordered fried shrimp and was served popcorn shrimp. I’ve eaten there several times and the food quality is never the same. Don’t think I’ll be going back.

I went to the grocery store next door today. I remembered several people had told me how good this Bbq place is. I ordered a Bbq sandwich to go. I am sorry I did not take a picture. That bbq was so dry, and no taste. No sauce. I will Never go back. Never recommend this place to anyone. I have worked in Food and beverage, I know Good Food.

Cheeseburger is fresh hamburger, hand-made, and classic style.
Fries are homefries style and made to order.
The half rib plate special is not only great tasting but there is enough ribs for me to have two meals on but don't tell them that because they might adjust on serving size.

Atmosphere and staff was nice.Between our table we got two orders of peel and eat shrimp and two orders of the BBQ special. Shrimp came to the table room temperature and tasted and felt like it had been boiled several hours prior. Ribs and pulled pork in the BBQ special was good and well seasoned. The potatoe salad had hard potatoes that made it almost inedible.Overall price for what you got was decent. Will go back again to try again and will update review at that time based on my second experience.
