Watch your bill. They charge an automatic gratuity for a group of 5 or more. There were no signs posted that an automatic gratuity would be charged. They could have easily added that statement to their sign on the door that says they charge 3.5% for the use of a credit card. We had 4 adults and one 5 year old child. We only ordered a drink for the child. I didn't realize they had added an automatic gratuity until after I had already added my own gratuity. That's my mistake (and I own it) for not checking the bill closely BEFORE I paid. However, it's a crappy policy to not notify customers in advance. A meal for 4 ended up costing me over $92. The food is good, but I feel like I got shafted tonight, so I won't be back for a while.

Mexican gave me the wrong food after I paid for it and wouldn’t give me a refund , then when I asked for the manager or boss he said he couldn’t give that information out then the food didn’t even have all the stuff it suppose to had ! WOULDN’T RECOMMEND !

We were the ONLY customers in the restaurant at 3:00p.m. The young lady took our drink orders and brought them back. We were brought chips and salsa. About 10 minutes later, asked someone TWICE to take our order, to which he responded "I'll be there in a second", we walked out. I should NOT have had to pay for drinks but I did!

Ordered burrito California no beans no lettuce. They brought it out. Had cheese on it. I don't eat cheese. Asked for a remake got told next time read the menu. The menu does NOT say anything about cheese on it or even in it. They brought out the remake all it was was meat and rice. Missing the sour cream and avocado ??♀️ will not be returning this restaurant. Next time just travel on to hondumex. Location in Philadelphia or Sebastopol. Great food and very nice ppl. And if they do happen to mess up it order at least they apologize and fix it, not say it's your fault and act like it's a hassle.

Nasty water, probably from dirty ice machine black mold. There are numerous spots in the glass. To many to count. Couple of big spots. No toilet seat in handicap stall. Unacceptable. No manager on duty. Unfortunately didn't see the mold till was leaving in my glass. I pray I don't get sick. We are truck drivers and will not recommend nor ever return. Reported to staff our findings and they didn't respond for nothing. Like I said. No manager on dutyUpdate... my wife did have a soda with ice and now has food poisoning. She has a more sensitive stomach than i do. I atleast didnt get to the bottom of my drink. She finished her soda and had a refill also. Now we are on the side of the freeway with her vomiting and diarrhea. Will be calling and hopefully getting a manager. This is ridiculous.
