We ordered the original bag and a 5 piece tender combo. They forgot our dipping sauce, the drinks tasted like there was no carbonation, and the fries tasted like straight up dish soap. 0/10 do not recommend.
At approximately 8:01 today Hardees employees played in my face. I am from Jackson, MS which is about 1 hr & 15 minutes away from Newton. I come down here just to go to Hardees because we don’t have a location near Jackson. Every location is over an hour. I ordered 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers and they were given to me ice cold and missing condiments. I was so disappointed therefore I went through the drive thru again to let them know my food was ice cold and seemed old. They took it back and I pulled up to wait for my food. I was so excited because I thought they made it fresh instead they stuck it in a microwave. The wrappers still the same and all. I’m so pissed. It’s so insulting for me to spend my hard earned money with a business to not be seen as a valued customer. I will never go to this Hardees again. I guarantee that.

Arby's need to dismiss there association with Hardee's it gives them a bad name. False advertisement, bad food and employees have nasty attitudes. Newton is one of the worst places to get food from Hardee's
