Waited two hours for my food to be delivered then they wouldn’t give it to the DoorDash driver so i called 20 times with no answer . Most definitely the worst restaurant in Newton! I do not recommend going here or getting anything!

No biscuits, out of drinks, out of almost everything on the menu. Who owns this place? Who manages this place (obviously nobody). Every worker there was working as hard as possible but I’d be ashamed if I was the owner or the manager!

I have never once placed an order using the app to this KFC and not had to wait an additional 15-25 minutes for my food after I get the notification that it is ready. Twice I have walked into the restaurant after being told in the app my food was ready to pick up, and the person I asked about it hadn't even noticed a mobile order had come through, so they had to start making it then, and then they will get halfway through making the food and I will be I formed they have run out of chicken and I will be waiting again for more chicken to be cooked. If it only happened every once in a while, it would be no big deal, but not once has my mobile order ever actually been ready for pickup when I arrived even with just one item in the order

It's been a little bit since I've been to this location bc it was never a good place. I went today and the employees were soo nice and the food was absolutely great. 20 stars
Dirty and nasty. Feet sticking to floors. Tables nasty. 5 staff sitting around yacking and place nasty. Bathroom awful.Food old and greasy. Chicken tasted tainted like out a long time. Spit after 1 bite and left. Keep on driving past this place.
