We normally dont have any issues with our food. There is sometimes a wait but I dont mind, bc the food be fresh. But one night I was waiting and my daughter who is 5 with AutDHD had to use the restroom. Going in was good but coming out.... she cut up bad bc she wanted a fountain drink that I needed to pay for first... but she had no understanding whatsoever!!!! Ms. Rosie came from around the corner and not only helped me calm her down but she walked us to the car and made sure we both got situated. This is what u call customer service at its finest. MOST people just stare and watch me struggle but she didn't. She was so sweet and caring. I pray God bless every step she take. The cashier (i dont know her name) is always really sweet to. This is a team every company need. They are not just there for the money but the service! God bless them all!!!

Meal was terrible biscuits were cooked at lunch. It’s 7pm hard as a rock. Chicken also horrible. Do better to go by a gas station and get some fresh chicken

I got chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken tenders were so hot & tough as though they had been microwaved. The potato's were cold as well as the gravy. The staff were too busy (chatting to each other) atmosphere was nill. Not very good at all.

I stop to get some hot wings and some wedges I got wings that’s u could chew and the wedges were hard the only reason I didn’t take them back because I was at work when I opened the box I am very disappointed 18 dollars for 12 wings and some potato wedges that I couldn’t eat and I didn’t get a receipt

The manager and the staff members of this store are absolutely amazing! There was a mix up with our large online order and they were quick to jump in and fix it. Definitely recommend this store!!

Only thing I asked for was a chicken breast with my meal and of course did not get one than other person in my party couldn’t get what he ordered all while the lady behind the register was busy yelling at the other staff just not a good place at all

Imagine pulling up in 4 empty charter buses.... And being treated like royalty.The Food was Hot, fresh and flavorful. Great smiles and a warm welcome . So glad we stopped. Thank you Eugene and Terrell for the great experience.
