The food was hot and fresh. The burger buns were so soft and delicious! The service was exemplary! Friendliest workers I have seen in such a long time at a McDonald's. The food came out so fast and they actually brought it to the table, which my local store does not. I was just traveling through, but wish this was my hometown McDonald's.

This McDonald’s Restaurant is straight trash! It has been straight trash for months! The workers are trash with bad attitudes.. orders are ALWAYS WRONG! The Manager needs to go because she/he condones the bad behavior by allowing it.. and whoever the Owners are needs to have their franchisee license REVOKED for the mismanagement of this Restaurant. Everytime I go there I am praying it will be a different outcome.. but it never is. So finally.. I give up. I will not be back!

It's not everyday you receive great customer service from a fast food restaurant, especially McDonald's. On a road trip from TX to AL we stopped at the Newton location for a quick snack. It was early so we thought we would just get some fries to tie us over. To my surprise I was told hashbrowns was only available until lunch. The manager at the register read the surprise in my face and said hold on, I'll get them for you. When I paid, she asked, you're traveling, from where. I told her TX. Lol. I knew then, I was going to complete the survey. Unfortunately, my husband threw it away before I could. I sure hope this compliment reaches her store location. We were sooo appreciative for some fries after driving all night and her kindness was a true example of southern hospitality. Thank you.

DO NOT BOTHER! Employees were so rude, cursing , ignoring people that were waiting for their food. We waited almost an hour to be told they didn’t have our order and would issue us a refund. We were one family of about 6 that this happened to. Also happened to Door Dash employees. Don’t waste your time!

I wanted 30 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries. I asked the employees several time if my food was ready they said it was being worked on even though I can see it sitting on the table behind the counter. Around 10 people got their food before and I did not get and help from the workers. I finally had to tell the employees that my food has been sitting on the table to even bring it to me.

Food was good but its not great. Service was way better than it usually has been so hopefully they have hired some hospitality oriented staff instead of rude entitled individuals.
I don't even know where to start. Firstly, I don't know why I was asked to pull up for a mobile order. Secondly, the chicken nuggets were so dried out that I couldn't eat them. They didn't put my dipping sauce in the bag, which makes the chicken nuggets tolerable to eat. Money wasted. There's never any compensation for their bad service.

The fries are always cold and they substituted a large fries for a dollar burger when my fries were$2.99. They always pull you up because they are so slow in preparing the orders. Nine times out of ten it takes about 15 minutes to get your order in the drive thru.
