The food was hot and fresh. The burger buns were so soft and delicious! The service was exemplary! Friendliest workers I have seen in such a long time at a McDonald's. The food came out so fast and they actually brought it to the table, which my local store does not. I was just traveling through, but wish this was my hometown McDonald's.
It's not everyday you receive great customer service from a fast food restaurant, especially McDonald's. On a road trip from TX to AL we stopped at the Newton location for a quick snack. It was early so we thought we would just get some fries to tie us over. To my surprise I was told hashbrowns was only available until lunch. I forgot to add syrup to my order, but the lady at the second window still let me trade a dollar for 2 syrups, despite it likely being against policy and the fact they were so busy! ?
