Ordered a pickup order on the app. Said order would be ready in 15 minutes. I show up at designated time, pull to the window, give the lady my name. After a couple minutes she came back to the window and explained my order would be ready in a couple minutes. 5 minutes later she told me to pull forward and she would bring it to me when it was ready. 25 minutes later I walked into the restaurant and asked if they remembered me? She said they had a big order come through and it would be a while. So I asked for a refund and that turned into a big deal. Finally the woman comes back to the counter and throws my refund receipt on the counter and walks off. No see ya later, we're sorry there was a problem with your order...nothing. the entire time I was inside the restaurant the staff were cursing while talking to each other, oblivious to the customers. Will never spend another penny in this poorly ran place.

We enjoyed our experience. We were greeted and seated first thing when we walked into the door. The young lady(Lashanti from Newton Ms. Pizza Hut) that waited on us was extremely nice and courteous to us. We enjoy going the Newton Pizza Hut, it is the best around. Everyone was very nice there. The food was very delicious. We will be going back for sure. đ Thank you Newton, Ms Pizza Hut.. You have a great staff!! đđŻ

Great place to dine! The staff are also very friendly.. I do have one complaint for just yesterday as a matter of fact. I love to dip my thin crust pepperoni pizza into French dressing and it has to be their dressing because the store dressing is different. The drive-thru window was more busy than usual and the girl actually tried to tell me that they were out of French dressing. I didn't believe her and I still don't. I think she just didn't feel like doing it1 which completely ruined my whole experience. I gotta have it for my pizza to be right. I've never had one of their friendly staff to not get it for me so this was a unusual case. This was a young girl that I had never seen before so I just truly hope this is no indication of a bad apple in the bunch.

Stopped by on our trip. The restaurant was empty yet dirty. One of the employees kids were there making us uncomfortable. Their mom was our waitress and clearly didn't want to be there.

I was throughly disappointed. My personal Pizza came out before the rest of our tables food. It was cold & the dough was raw. I then waited until our entire table was finished eating & was served my new pizza in a to go box. Come on, do better

the last two time we've ordered three large pizza's thin crust raw and doughy stuffed crust raw and doughy hand tossed raw and doughy instead of ready in 15 minutes let it cook until its done

Yo we had to wait 10 mins for drinks & forks. We asked 2x within 10 mins and all she said was, âIma bring em too youâ.. then once she did bring it I said thank you & all she did was walk away. Sure hope she isnât a manager cause thatâs not very professional at all. Pizza good tho
