I was throughly disappointed. My personal Pizza came out before the rest of our tables food. It was cold & the dough was raw. I then waited until our entire table was finished eating & was served my new pizza in a to go box. Come on, do better

the last two time we've ordered three large pizza's thin crust raw and doughy stuffed crust raw and doughy hand tossed raw and doughy instead of ready in 15 minutes let it cook until its done

Yo we had to wait 10 mins for drinks & forks. We asked 2x within 10 mins and all she said was, “Ima bring em too you”.. then once she did bring it I said thank you & all she did was walk away. Sure hope she isn’t a manager cause that’s not very professional at all. Pizza good tho

This is not a place of business that cares about fixing a problem for their customers. I order here a lot. My food was left out of my bag, a order of fries, I called a dozen times and no one answered. I called a few more today the day after my order for them to tell me I didn’t place an order just to come in the building to show my receipt and they still refused to replace my food. This is not how you treat a paying customer over an order of fries!

One of the few that still offer buffet. Only messed up 1 out of about 15 orders.
The quality of the food is good and basic but it's still not as good as it can be. I dined during buffet hours and there was 1 female server with the worst attitude. When she first saw me enter the c restaurant, she completely dismissed me and went to the back. A male employee, possibly the cook, had to get her attention to serve me. She seemed bothered by my presence but I don't even know her! But I observed she remained with the negative affect with other dine-in customers. It was very obvious on her face and body language that she did not want to be bothered. She didn't even bring me my drink...she sat it at a table I was not sitting at and I had to go get it after confirming with her that it was prepared for. I never even got refill; I had to request a refill in a to go cup when I was leaving. She needs to find her a different job obviously because being a server at pizza hut is making her an unhappy or bitter.

Stopped in last Sat about 12:15 with a friend for the $14? buffet lunch that runs from 1130 to 1:00. He was more interested in the pizza while my main interest is usually the salad bar. We paid and then looked over the buffet and there was 1 medium thin crust cheese pizza with nothing else on it and one medium thin crust pizza with some bacon bits and pepperoni as I recall, but not very evenly distributed, most of it haphazardly tossed on one side. They looked more like frozen grocery store pizzas than anything. They had clearly been out since 1130. My friend asked the young lady at the counter if more would be coming out as he is a pretty hearty eater and she said the Manager's instruction was not to as we were the only ones there and likely not anyone else coming in. (Someone else had just left) There was also no marinara sauce out for the bread sticks on the buffet. It was obvious to her we were displeased but we made no more fuss about it. After we got a plate of food the young lady came with our drinks and also some cups of marinara sauce for us and told us some more fresh pizza would come out. So obviously something happened in the interval and kudos to the young lady for taking care of it for us! She was very pleasant and polite as well. (We never saw the manager). Salad bar was only one kind of greens (Romaine, I think) and the usual other items that come from a bag typical of a place like pizza hut. It was just okay and I didn't get sick as I have from unclean salad bars before, so can't complain too much. Certainly not much of a good value for the price, but not a lot of good restaurant options around Newton, so .... it is what it is, as they say

The workers are amazing. Customer satisfaction is #1. Food is hot, fresh, and fixed according to your wants or desires. My online account, or maybe it was my phone, messed up the toppings on my pizza, so the manager quickly went and fixed it, and on top of that, they compensated me for the hick up. Awesome!!!!!!

I gave this 5 stars so it would get seen. I would give it 1 star just because the doors are open and they do make food still.
This use to be a great place to grab a pizza. However in the last 2 months the food has gotten bad. (5/1/24-7/11/24) I think they must have hired a new cook and it’s one that just don’t take any pride whatsoever in what they are doing. I gave them three chances after being a customer there for years because I know anyone can have a bad day but three separate orders a few weeks apart were terrible. Dried out wings that had been cooked for probably 8 hours or longer before they were served with only a tablespoon of buffalo sauce on the whole order, pizza with barley any toppings on it at all, soggy crust, or either super greasy to the point it makes you nauseous to even try to eat the pizza. I like cold pizza but I don’t want it cold when I buy it. Anyway maybe someone will see this and save some money or someone will see this and correct the problem so we can all enjoy Pizza Hut again.

The buffet was lacking in pizza choices. It was pepperoni and sausage only. The salad bar was lacking in toppings. No olives, tomatoes or ham.
