The service sucks. Set there for 25 minutes after we pushed the button and still didn't take our order. One of the employees was outside talking to someone that came up after us. Bragging saying she has been there 4 years and they haven't fired her yet so she wasn't worried about it. SERVICE SUCKS GET SOME NEW EMPLOYEES

DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD @ THIS LOCATION! I swiped my card at the stall from my car and it said it didn't go through & to use a different card, so I swiped my card again and it said thank you & your order will be out soon. The carhop comes out and hands me my food and tells me to pay. I told her that I've already paid after I placed my order. I pull up my credit card transactions on the Bank website and it showed that I was charged TWICE for the food. She goes and gets another lady and she argues with me that it didn't go through and I show her that I was charged TWICE already. By now I'm sick of sitting here arguing with them. I give her my card and she goes inside and swipes it again for the THIRD time. She brings my card back out and says that the other 2 times my card was charged would clear out and that I would only be charged ONE time. Well here it its a week later and it still showing that I paid for the food 3 times. My credit card company emailed me about the discrepancies and asked if I wanted to dispute the fraudulent charges! I shouldn't have been charged 3 dang times in the first place. I don't know if this is some sort of scam this Sonic location is trying to pull but it's definitely SKETCHY! Don't even waste your time eating here! I'm not rich by any means and I work very hard for what I have and I definitely don't want to be scammed by sonic or their employees! Look at your bank statement if you've eaten here cause I can guarantee I'm not the only one that this has happened to.

The worst Sonic I've ever been too!!!! No matter how many times I continue to give it a chance I'm always disappointed. Super slow service. They have time to play on thier phones 3 cars total there and still took 20 mins. Unbelievable. I have waited 10 mins for them to answer the red button. So I just go elsewhere. Need some serious overhauling on management, employees, service & cleanliness!!!

I got there waited 15 minute for someone to answer the button several other customer were sitting on picnic table asking if they answered. I pushing the button finally someone ask for my order I explain I had been sitting there for 15 minutes she said sorry then ask for my order I gave my order she ask me to repeat I spoken louder she said to stop hollering and I explained I wasn’t she disconnected our connection and I left. Never will return. The is the second bad service I had this week at Newton Sonic.

This sonic has went downhill bad. The last few times I went takes forever for them to even take an order. Then when they do it takes even longer to get it. Then when they brought out my sonic blast they said they were out of spoons. How the hell you expect me to eat this mess. Seems like something you would mention at the start of the transaction.
