They never get my order right. Wrong proteins in the food. They Make you pull up to wait for your order so it doesn’t count against their timer and then you wait 15-20+ minutes for your food to come out wrong. They always leave out sauces even when asked for them or when it’s supposed to come with your order already.

Went recently to pick up an order for someone who will eat anything so can't comment on the quality of the food. Service was okay, but I was overcharged by $5-$6. I should have checked the receipt before I left so that's on me. Called to clear it up with the manager and ultimately capitulated offering to give me some of her own money in the parking lot to avoid issuing a refund, I guess (no apology). Also, the satisfaction surveys on the receipts fall on deaf ears as I never received a call from the company.

Food has been terrible lately, bunch of teen agers with attitudes who think the world revolves around them. Not sure who owns this store now but they need to clean house and hire a new crew or train these folks .

The employees act like they hate their jobs and you too. None of the employees were friendly. A woman came in with a messed up order and she ended up waiting 20 minutes for it to be corrected. They acted like it was her fault. The wait times were terrible. Drinks were down due to boil order. Out of sauces. All of the bars were sticky.
While traveling I decided to stop here for a bite to eat. No one was at the counter to take my order, then a young man came from the kitchen to the counter. His name is Craig and he took the initiative to learn to work the register to take my order so I would not have to wait. He was very kind and considerate. And then I really appreciated the fact that he learned something new just to serve me.

Absolutely horrible. Takes forever to get an order that is 90% going to be wrong. Their hard shell tacos are messy.

If I could’ve left zero stars, I would have I ordered number 71, which is the chicken bowl plus nacho fries which is just a fries and cheese sauce. they threw my bowl on top of my fries, but my bowl was upside down on top of it. They were very rude manners and they were laughing when I was leaving like I was very nice , but y’all need to train them better. No napkins and the gravy from my bowl was leaking out.
