Applebee's Grill + Bar

Me and wife went and i gotta say it was the worst experience at a restaurant ever. Got our order took and we sat and waited (with no one else in the restaurant) for 30 minutes for our food while the servers were taking a smoke break outside the whole time. My glass of water has been empty the whole time also. Please just shut this place down at this point.

2 years later, they still haven’t reached out…
Feel really misled, stopped in for the Veterans Day meal, which is greatly appreciated. Was given a menu that I was told was for that meal. I order off of it, then received a bill for $19. The host and the wait staff need to get on the same page. One says one thing the other says the other.. kinda dirty if you ask me…

On 8/3/2025 around 4PM my family and I went in to eat. We were greeted by a young man. He stated he needed to clean an area for us to be seated. We waited for about 6 to 10 minutes for him to come back and seat us. Once we were seated, we waited and waited for someone to come to our table. No one ever came. Looking around, we could see that others were unhappy with their service. I made the decision to leave. I don't normally leave reviews but the service was unacceptable. This location is continuously going in a negative direction. Each time we visit this location, there is an issue. Unfortunately, I will no longer chose to dine at this location.

Terrible , awful service. It took 20 minutes to get a drink after we sat down. its wasnt buzy at all. Only 5 tables in the whole place at the time we were there. Our food took over an hour, and thats was only after we asked for a manager to find out was was goin on . Then we finally got our food another 15 minutes later. Wont go back again

I wish I could give it a negative 100. I don't know what the hell went wrong there because it used to be my go to so I invited friends from out of town when another place was packed. Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs barley greeted us at the podium. Got in booth. Hot AC. An hour later we finally got our shots but still none of our drinks. Never even got asked our meal. I asked the waitress ( nice young lady) what is taking so long and she said the bartender was new. I told her we were leaving,she said she'd talk to her. I watched her walk right by her ( bartender) with a whole 7 people other than us waiting. The bartender was talking to a couple guys, 3 other women workers just laughing and hanging out as the 1 was trying to work. Sad and totally crap.I don't expect those standards from Applebee's and y'all definitely don't belong in OceanSprings anymore if that's what you're doing. PS... You lost 6 other patrons as we were walking out that heard our gripes and asked what's going on! They said they've dealt with that before! Clean house just saying and to anyone else don't go until they do!!!!! Absolutely garbage!!!!

Food sucked! It was all cold when it came out. And it was nasty. We waited forever and they weren’t busy then it was cold. Do not recommend this location.

Went here last night with my daughter when we walked in there were barely anyone in there just to be told by the host that it will be a 20 min wait for us to to get seated there were other people that have been waiting before me to get seated I can only imagine how long they were waiting they need to do better we went to the apple bees in biloxi with the same amount of people that was already in ocean springs apple bees just for us to get a seat without any waiting period

When the Host asked if I wanted the dirty table wiped off. I knew this was a great time to leave. I noticed the B health department rating on my way out. They should do better

Alex was great!!! Food was very good!!! Our order was served in a very timely manner!!! We enjoyed meeting Alex. He is very personable and professional!!! We're looking forward seeing him again!!!

This apple bees location was 10/10 ! Me and my sister and brother law enjoyed the yummy burgers. The manager was amazing.
