Applebee's Grill + Bar

Place is going downhill fast. My brother and I both ordered the 6 oz and 8 Oz Sirloin steak, but what we received was overcooked Chuck roast steak which needs to be slow cooked or it will be extremely hard and chewy. Which is what happened to us. I was a repeating customer but unfortunately I will not be coming back here.

Horrible. Ordered delivery. Got half of what ordered and was cold and taste like 💩. Sauce for mozz sticks spilled everywhere. It's like a 4 year old made the order. Horrible avoid!

Genuinely a wonderful experience, their new lunch menus make going out affordable and a nice dining-in experience with family. I wish they could get some more help during the holidays

I sat at the bar and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger which came without bacon and I was a little upset about it then to fix it they wanted me to wait on the bacon to be cooked then brought to me which took around 10 minutes by which time my burger was cold. This Applebee's has been on a downhill grind every time I've been in the past 5 years there is always something wrong or that just blatantly wasn't received.

Do NOT go to this place service was horrible a table with 4 and my table with 3 took over 25 minutes for food to get there only for there to be hair in my food and my partners food also black mystery flakes in my partners drink place was empty and now we know why.

I just want to write this review b/c as a family of 6 who don’t celebrate holidays and didn’t have many options of places to eat tonight during the Thanksgiving holiday without breaking the bank, I was very impressed! Our server miss Julie B was PHENOMENAL! She made us feel very welcome and was exceptionally patient and kind with our small children! The food was fresh and DELICIOUS! I ordered the bourbon, mushroom and onion burger and was blown away with the flavor! Miss Julie B, with her joyous demeanor made our first night of family vacation that much more enjoyable! Thank you!

Horrible experience! Went In at 8 something this evening and the only little couple present. Multiple employees setting around; on phones, laying down, digging in their heads! Had to request waitress just to get a refill on drinks. Ordered our food took forever to come out: husband asked for medium well steak it came out brunt to a crisp he couldn’t cut into it. We don’t normally send food back but we had to this one. After waiting over another 30 minutes and still no return of food. I had to get up and ask for the manager to find out what was going on. Steak removed from the check and we left. I could understand if the placed was packed out and we had to wait that long on food but we literally were the only 3 people present. My child got the chicken tender kids meal and 3 little bitty tenders came out burnt. This place has got to do better or they will close their doors. Only positive about the visit was the appetizer of wonton tacos.

My party of two arrived at the restaurant at approximately 7:15 PM. We promptly placed our full order, including drinks, an appetizer, and entrées.
Despite the restaurant being very quiet—only one other table was occupied, and that party had already received their food—none of our items had been served by 7:57 PM (42 minutes after ordering). No drinks, appetizer, or entrées had arrived, and we received no communication from the staff regarding the delay.
Due to the prolonged wait and lack of service, we regrettably chose to leave the restaurant without being served.

I understand Veterans Day is busy, but sitting almost 20 minutes without being acknowledged is completely unacceptable for a restaurant. Customer service needs some serious work here.

Was here for a little over an hour. When we received our food, we still had no utensils or napkins. We ended up opting to use the food as finger food, including mashed potatoes. Server showed later when it was time for the check and togo boxes.
