Amazing how far Applebee’s is falling. Used to love going to the place, but the food is like eating cardboard with not enough seasoning on it. I when you’re at a restaurant you have one thing to do and that’s the serve food that your people will come back for not the case so much anymore.

The service was super slow we arived at 5pm and ended leaving at 6:51, we ended up taking our food to go because we were sitting to long and my pregnant mother can not sit to long

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent carry out experience at your establishment. I had high expectations when ordering your Bourbon Street Steak and Lime Grilled Chicken, but what I received was not only underwhelming but downright unsafe.

To my shock and dismay, both the Bourbon Street Steak and the Lime Grilled Chicken were served raw. Not slightly undercooked—completely raw in the center. This is not only unacceptable but also a severe health risk. Serving raw meat, especially chicken, can lead to food borne illnesses, and I am appalled that your kitchen staff allowed such a blatant oversight to reach me and my family. I am left to wonder whether customer safety is truly a priority.

Applebee’s is a well-known brand, and I expect a basic level of quality and safety when dining at your restaurant. This experience has left me questioning whether your kitchen follows proper food safety standards. I am incredibly disappointed and concerned, and I believe that immediate action is necessary to address these lapses in food preparation and quality control.

We just had the most disappointing lunch ever! My wife was craving Applebee’s because we haven’t had it in a while. We stopped in for lunch, I ordered chicken tortilla soup and half chicken fajita wrap and my wife ordered Oriental Chicken salad. We were one of three tables there and only ones not already eating. Took over 30 minutes for them to bring my half of a fajita wrap, which wasn’t even warm enough, then 5 minutes later they brought out my soup which also wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. Then 10 minutes later they brought out what use to be my wife’s favorite oriental chicken salad. Which also wasn’t very good with way overcooked hard chicken on it! Asked to speak with manager which took 15 minutes for him to come out of his office, we could see him sitting back there. He wasn’t helpful in any way. I ended up eating one bite of each of my items and my wife couldn’t eat hers because it sucked and she was so upset after the managers response! I highly recommend new management for this place! Our waitress was new but very nice and none of the problems were her fault! Very highly disappointed with every other aspect of this restaurant! Applebee’s use to be one of our favorite places when traveling, definitely will never go to this one again!

Our food was okay. Our server was new I’m assuming and was forgetting things we told him to bring. At least he was polite! No Bartender during 5pm is weird. It was too slow to make any mistakes on our order.

I haven't had such a poor experience in a very long time. The food was just ok. The tables were not cleaned and very sticky. The service was awful. There was only one waitress and she was training another person and they both need to be trained by someone else. There were only a few people seated when we arrived and yet it took a long time to even be asked to be seated. Then there were several mistakes with our food. Then the receipt was brought out and sat on top of the silverware before we were even asked if we were finished or if we wanted dessert, which we did. But because of that we just left. During the time we were waiting on our food I watched about four groups of people come in and then leave because they were never greeted or seated all of them were (black) I won't be back.

Walked in to get dinner. Stood at the door for 5 mins before came to seat us. As we stood waiting we hear couple sitting near the door that they've been waiting over an hr for their food. Guy behind them complaining about the table being dirty. When we were seated the floor was so sticky that our shoes would stick to the floor. There were only maybe 5 tables with customer so not busy at all. Only seen 2 people working so don't know if they were just short handed or what but we left and went to biloxi Applebee's

Came there yesterday me and my fiancé for lunch . After the food was burnt to a crisp and over salted . My fiancé couldn’t eat the food because of how salty it was , so we went and asked them to make it properly with that much salt . To which they did do , after leaving i have been on my toilet all night . Now there is no way on gods green earth that I’ve been using the bathroom all night over allergies . I do not have any and nothing solid is coming out of my body which means someone Spitefully On purpose put Laxative in one of the food to teach us a lesson . The only way your body continues to make waste is unless someone added laxative to the food . It is impossible . People be careful of this place and I’ll be reaching out to corporate about this because it was done with intentions to hurt a customer. Who simply request that they use less salt on the food . Do not dine or support this place

Never had such a horrible experience here before. My steak was extremely overcooked and cold when I received it. Almost two hours waiting on our food. My husbands burger was wrong. Only good part I experienced was my beer. Never again. Kalei was more worried about getting off work and walking around talking, in a hoodie not professional at all.
