This Arby's needs to bring in a whole new crew and train them right first. They are two dang expensive to keep screwing up people's meals. I paid $17.00 for two sandwiches and they weren't even right. It was supposed to be meals. No fries and the food was cold. It's sad.

Twice now I've gone to Arby's and specifically asked for all my sauces from a jalapeno poppers by Berry sauce the horsey sauce in the Arby's sauce and this is the second time you can't get it because they half to do their work. And it's almost trivial that I'm complaining about this but I like that stuff on my roast beef so I guess I won't be going to that store in Ocean springs again

Pulled up to order, waited 20 mins. After we ordered and proceeded to window to pay, was told they were only taking cash, then told they didn't have the marble bread for the sandwich we ordered and was asked if that was okay ain't it. Told them no and left without any food. Waited all that time and received nothing. Horrible experience. Will never return to that Arby's. Wouldn't suggest anybody else to go there either.

Arby’s is kind of a bland place. My favorite item on the menu is potato triangle things they make.
Very bad the floors were sticky when I walked on them but when we first went on 2 of the workers we're going out the door. Nobody was at register. They were having problems with the toilet stopping up Only 1 restroom and it was filthy. After she finally got he toilet flushed down I was in a hurry I asked her if the bathroom was working Emily said yes so I went in and was no toilet paper. The floors had food on them worse experience ever. Smart ellic guy behind the counter asking me if was the supervisor . I was eating there and also I ordered had a coupon $5.00 off and it didn't take it off. I ordered online.
