Ordered the king Hawaii fish. The sandwich was ice cold. I called rhe person on the phone stated they made my sandwich fresh I replied there is no way this sandwich was freshly made the cheese was still cold. She offered to remake it and this was around 1030 pm I would not have time to make it back before they would be closed. The person said OK have a good night. If you're going to lie abouts making it fresh at least offer to be able to come back the next day to remake it. I felt like it was come now or too bad . So I just put it in my air fryer. It's just sad how people don't care anymore ?

The wait time to order was ridiculous! Once you reach the order menu (speaker), no one says "one moment, please." They just have you waiting for a while. The food was so nasty! I ordered the 2 for 6 fish sandwiches. One with cheddar and one without but add slice cheese. The sandwiches were cold. It had like 2 small pieces of fish on each sandwich. It wasn't one fish patty. One half kept falling out of the sandwich. The sandwich with added slice cheese made me gag. The cheese looked old and hard, and being that the sandwich had cold fish on it, the cheese wasn't warm. I saw reviews stating that the Arby's fish sandwich was better than McDonald's!!!! This is why I gave it a try. No!!!!! It definitely isn't better. It's the worst I've ever had.
