Our apartment complex had the Box Burger food truck stop by, and we were excited to give it a try but unfortunately, it missed the mark.
First, my order was incorrect. I asked for queso fries but got Cajun fries instead. I also requested no tomato on my burger, but it came with tomato anyway. Not a huge deal, but the burger itself was bland and lacked any real flavor. On top of that, the bun tasted stale, like it had been sitting out too long.
My boyfriend’s burger was supposed to come with jalapeños, but they were missing entirely. For $11 per burger, we expected a lot better quality and attention to detail.
Overall, we were really disappointed. The concept is cool, but the execution needs serious improvement—especially for the price.

I tried a burger from Burger Box today at the Food Truck Festival in Grand Bay. I have eaten thousands of burgers in my life and this was one of the best. On top of that the fries were perfect! If you see this food truck, go get you one of the best burgers you will ever have 😋

Had the mushroom burger, truck stopped at SSAB for lunch. Fantastic burger! The patty was cooked just right, not dry, not messy, nor was it a cold burger in any way. Flavor was absolutely on point, too. Bun was toasted to perfection, and all of the toppings were perfect. Aside from the burgers, the best fries I’ve had in a verrry long time! Love this place and looking forward to seeing them more often! 10/10

Burger Box was amazing! We were lucky enough to have them today here at Azalea Court after work! Service was amazing the ladies running the truck today were so kind and sweet!! Burger was incredible I got the Gouda burger with jalapeño bacon with fries. Highly recommend burger box to anyone looking for some good eats and phenomenal service. This truly made my day :) 10/10
